Description
この様な開閉カバーが設けられる作業機械が、例えば油圧ショベルのような建設機械である場合、凹凸のある作業場での走行や作業に伴う機体振動で開閉カバーも振動し、これにより騒音が発生したり、開閉カバーとカバー体とのあいだをシールするシール材が早期に劣化したり、前記ロック手段によるロックが解除されてしまったりする惧れが生じる。そこで、従来、開閉カバーの下面側に、開閉カバーを閉位置にロックしたときにカバー体側に接触する弾性材からなるシール部材を設け、該シール部材に、開閉カバーの振動を低減する機能と、ロック手段をロック状態に保持することができる補強部材としての機能を持たせるようにした技術が知られている(例えば、特許文献1参照)。
請求項2の発明は、請求項1において、本体部を長方体形状にする一方、取付脚部は長手方向が本体部の短辺方向と平行となる断面長円形状とし、該取付脚部を本体部の長辺方向に複数設けたことを特徴とする開閉カバー用のラバーストッパである。
請求項2の発明とすることにより、本体部の長辺方向および短辺方向の移動を確実に規制することができる。
尚、エンジンルーム6は本発明の収納室に、上部カバー8は本発明のカバー体に、メンテナンス用開口8aは本発明の開口に、エンジンフード10は本発明の開閉カバーにそれぞれ相当する。
さらに、本発明は、油圧ショベルに設けられるエンジンフード用のラバーストッパに限定されることなく、各種作業機械に設けられる開閉カバー用のラバーストッパに実施できることは勿論である。

Claims (2)
- 機器装置類が収納される収納室を覆うカバー体に開口を設け、該開口を開閉自在な開閉カバーで覆蓋すると共に、該開閉カバーを閉位置に保持するためのロック手段を設けてなる作業機械において、前記開閉カバー或いはカバー体の何れか一方側の部材に、開閉カバーを閉位置にロックした状態で開閉カバー或いはカバー体の他方側の部材に弾圧状に当接するラバーストッパを設けるにあたり、該ラバーストッパは、正面側に前記他方側の部材に当接する当接面部を有する本体部と、該本体部の背面側から突出し、ラバーストッパを前記一方側の部材に取付けるべく該一方側の部材に穿設された取付孔に貫通状に嵌め込まれる取付脚部と、該取付脚部の外周部に設けられ、前記取付孔に抜け止め状に係止する係止突部と、取付脚部と正背方向に位置合せされた状態で当接面部に凹設され、本体部を貫通して係止突部の内周側の取付脚部内部にまで至る押込み凹部とを具備して形成されるとともに、前記当接面部に、押込み凹部から当接面部の外周に通じる溝部を形成したことを特徴とする開閉カバー用のラバーストッパ。
- 請求項1において、本体部を長方体形状にする一方、取付脚部は長手方向が本体部の短辺方向と平行となる断面長円形状とし、該取付脚部を本体部の長辺方向に複数設けたことを特徴とする開閉カバー用のラバーストッパ。
