Description
ホルダの表面に均等にポッティング樹脂が密着するように配置されるため、効率よく電池の熱を放熱することができる。したがって、従来のように電池と電池ケース内面との間隙を満たすようにポッティング樹脂を充填する必要が無く、ポッティング樹脂の量を最小限としながら、電池の放熱を行うことができる。
よって、防水袋8の底部における外形は、逆止弁10が設けられている側の防水袋8の外形とほぼ等しい大きさである。

Claims (9)
- 電池と、
前記電池を保持する電池ホルダと、
前記電池を保持した電池ホルダを防水構造として収納する防水袋と、
前記防水袋内に注入されるポッティング樹脂と、
回路基板とを備える電池パックにおいて、
前記防水袋には、内部の空気を排気する場合にのみ開弁する逆止弁が前記回路基板と対向する位置に設けられていることを特徴とする電池パック。 - 電池と、
前記電池を保持する電池ホルダと、
前記電池を保持した電池ホルダを防水構造として収納する防水袋と、
前記防水袋内に注入されるポッティング樹脂と、
回路基板とを備える電池パックにおいて、
前記防水袋には、防水構造としながら空気の流通を可能とした逆止弁が前記回路基板と対向する位置に設けられていることを特徴とする電池パック。 - 前記逆止弁は、前記電池の延在方向に直交するようにリード板が配置された前記電池ホルダの側面に対向するように設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の電池パック。
- 前記逆止弁は、リード板が配置された電池ホルダの側面の中央に対向するように設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の電池パック。
- 前記電池ホルダの側面が上面となる姿勢において、前記防水袋内に注入された前記ポッティング樹脂が、前記逆止弁より吸気されることによって、前記電池の表面に密着して配置されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の電池パック。
- 電池と、
前記電池を保持する電池ホルダと、
前記電池を保持した電池ホルダを防水構造として収納する防水袋と、
前記防水袋内に注入されるポッティング樹脂と、
前記防水袋に設けられて、防水袋内部の空気を排気する場合にのみ開弁する逆止弁とを備える電池パックの製造方法であって、
前記電池を保持した電池ホルダの上面に回路基板を配置した状態で、該電池ホルダを収納してなる前記防水袋に、未硬化でペースト状ないし液状のポッティング樹脂を充填する充填工程を含むことを特徴とする電池パックの製造方法。 - 前記充填工程において、前記防水袋の一部を外部から押圧し、この状態でポッティング樹脂を前記防水袋に充填する請求項6に記載される電池パックの製造方法。
- 前記充填工程において、前記防水袋を弾性体を介して所定の面積で押圧する請求項7に記載される電池パックの製造方法。
- 前記回路基板上に電池の残容量を表示する表示部が配置されてなる請求項6ないし8のいずれかに記載される電池パックの製造方法。
