Description
図2は、本発明によるカートリッジ型リチウムイオンポリマー電池パックを示す概略分解斜視図であり、図3は、本発明によるカートリッジ型リチウムイオンポリマー電池パックの概略斜視図である。
このリチウムイオンポリマー電池全体の上部と下部にそれぞれ配置され、各リチウムイオンポリマー電池11を部分的に覆うように互いに結合される上部プレート12及び下部プレー13からなっている(図2及び図3参照)。
Claims (10)
- 該当機器と所定の直列回路を形成するように、隣接した電極タブ同士が接続される少なくとも二つのリチウムイオンポリマー電池と、
前記リチウムイオンポリマー電池全体の上部と下部にそれぞれ配置され、各リチウムイオンポリマー電池を部分的に覆うように互いに結合される上部プレート及び下部プレートと、
を含み、かつ
前記各上下部プレートには、多数の電池パックを積層した時にも、前記各電池パックのリチウムイオンポリマー電池が空気により円滑に冷却できるように、その該当プレートの長手に沿い幅方向に一定の間隔をおいてクロス部材が固定されたことを特徴とする、カートリッジ型リチウムイオンポリマー電池パック。 - 前記上下部プレートのうち、一方には、一定の間隔をおいて多数の係合突起が形成され、他方には、その各係合突起に対応して結合ホールが形成された、請求項1に記載のカートリッジ型リチウムイオンポリマー電池パック。
- 前記上下部プレートの間には、上記各リチウムイオンポリマー電池の該当電極タブと接続され、電池の電圧と温度を測定できるように、+極とー極に対応する導線が形成された一定の長さのPCBを備えた、請求項1に記載のカートリッジ型リチウムイオンポリマー電池パック。
- 前記リチウムイオンポリマー電池のうち、最外側の二つの電池の二つの外側電極タブは、他の層の隣接した電池パックのリチウムイオンポリマー電池と直列回路を構成できるように、一方の外側端が下向きに折り曲げられた形態であれば、他方の外側端は上向きに折り曲げられた形態をなす二つの対応伝導片を介してそれぞれ前記隣接した電池パックの両側の最外側電池の外側電極タブに連結された、請求項1に記載のカートリッジ型リチウムイオンポリマー電池パック。
- 前記クロス部材は、前記各電池パックのリチウムイオンポリマー電池が空気により円滑に冷却できるように、少なくとも一部分が該当リチウムイオンポリマー電池の対応面の外側に突出形成された、請求項1に記載のカートリッジ型リチウムイオンポリマー電池パック。
- 前記クロス部材のうち、一部の端部角部には、少なくとも二つの電池パックをボルトとナットで一体に締付け固定できるように、貫通ホールが形成された、請求項5に記載のカートリッジ型リチウムイオンポリマー電池パック。
- 前記電池パックの上下部プレートは、多数の電池パックを一体に固定する弾性材質のファスナーで固定可能である、請求項1に記載のカートリッジ型リチウムイオンポリマー電池パック。
- 前記リチウムイオンポリマー電池のうち、最外側の二つの電池の二つの外側電極タブは、他の層の隣接した電池パックのリチウムイオンポリマー電池と直列回路を構成できるように、前記上部プレートと下部プレートのいずれかの両側の最外側にそれぞれ部分的にインサートモールドされ、一部分が外部に露出された伝導性インサート部材と、この各伝導性インサート部材の外側露出部分を互いに連結するメタル部材を介してそれぞれ前記隣接した電池パックの両側の最外側電池の外側電極タブに連結された、請求項1に記載のカートリッジ型リチウムイオンポリマー電池パック。
- 前記各伝導性インサート部材は、組立時に該当電池の外側電極タブに連結される内側部と、この内側部と一体でなされ、インサートモールド時に、樹脂溶融物で埋められる固定部と、この固定部から外側へ張り出し、前記メタル部材に連結される突出部からなる、請求項8に記載のカートリッジ型リチウムイオンポリマー電池パック。
- 前記各伝導性インサート部材の固定部には、インサートモールド時に、樹脂溶融物が埋められる少なくとも一つの埋立ホールが形成された、請求項9に記載のカートリッジ型リチウムイオンポリマー電池パック。
