Claims (11)
- 層状に配列される複数のバッテリーセルの電極リード部分が通過できるスリット状に設けられた複数のリード通過孔を備える前面板、及び前記前面板の両端から各々相互並んで延び、前記複数のバッテリーセルが自由端から前記前面板まで挿入可能に相互対向する内側面に設けられた複数のセル挿入スロットを備える第1及び第2側面板で構成されたメインフレームと、
前記第1及び第2側面板と結合し、前記第1及び第2側面板の間に層状で配列される前記複数のバッテリーセルを覆うように構成されたカバープレートと、
前記前面板に装着され、前記電極リードと電気的に接続して前記複数のバッテリーセルの電気的特性をセンシングするセンシング部であって、前記複数のリード通過孔を通して外部へ引き出された前記電極リードと各々接触する複数のリード接続用バスバーと、前記複数のリード接続用バスバーの一端と電気的に接続するPCB回路基板と、前記PCB回路基板から外部へ延びる正極端子連結用バスバー及び負極端子連結用バスバーと、を含むセンシング部と、
一端が前記PCB回路基板に連結された前記正極端子連結用バスバー及び前記負極端子連結用バスバーの他端に各々結合する2つの第1端子接続部材と、
外部電源に連結される正極ターミナル及び負極ターミナルと各々電気的に接続するための2つの第2端子接続部材と、を含み、
前記第1端子接続部材及び前記第2端子接続部材の2つの組の一方は、前記第1側面板の外側面に配置されるとともに、リレーアセンブリーを介して互いに電気的に接続されるように構成されており、
前記第1端子接続部材及び前記第2端子接続部材の2つの組の他方は、前記第2側面板の外側面に配置されるとともに、BMSアセンブリーを介して互いに電気的に接続されるように構成されていることを特徴とする統合型カートリッジ。 - 前記第1側面板、前記第2側面板及び前記前面板は、一体で形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の統合型カートリッジ。
- 前記複数のリード接続用バスバーが、前記前面板にスナップ‐フィットまたはフック方式によって各々締結されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の統合型カートリッジ。
- 前記前面板が、前記PCB回路基板の形状に対応する基板載置部をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の統合型カートリッジ。
- 前記カバープレートは、前記第1及び第2側面板の上端部及び下端部に各々結合する上部プレート及び下部プレートと、前記上部プレート及び前記下部プレートの一側の端部を連結する背面プレートと、を含み、前記第1側面板、前記第2側面板及び前記前面板とともにボックス形態をなすことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の統合型カートリッジ。
- 前記第1及び第2側面板は、各々上端部及び下端部に、前記上部プレート及び前記下部プレートの両辺部位が各々差し込まれて結合するように構成された差込部をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の統合型カートリッジ。
- 前記差込部には、上下貫通して形成される貫通孔が設けられ、前記上部及び下部プレートには、前記第1及び第2側面板の差込部に差し込まれて結合した状態で前記貫通孔と連通するボルト締結孔が設けられ、
前記貫通孔と前記ボルト締結孔に結束部材が挿入され、前記カバープレートが前記メインフレームに拘束されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の統合型カートリッジ。 - 請求項1に記載の統合型カートリッジと、
前記カートリッジに収容される複数のバッテリーセルと、
前記統合型カートリッジの第1側面板の外側面に付着されるリレーアセンブリーと、
前記統合型カートリッジの第2側面板の外側面に付着されるBMSアセンブリーと、を含むことを特徴とするバッテリーパック。 - 相互結合して前記複数のバッテリーセル、前記リレーアセンブリー及び前記BMSアセンブリーを収容するバッテリーパックハウジング及びバッテリーパックカバーと、
前記複数のバッテリーセルと電気的に接続し、前記バッテリーパックカバーの外に貫通して外部電源と連結され、前記バッテリーパックカバーにインサート射出される少なくとも一つのターミナルと、を含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記少なくとも一つのターミナルの外周面が、前記バッテリーパックカバーにボンディング結合することにより、前記少なくとも一つのターミナルが前記バッテリーパックカバーに密に装着されていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 請求項8に記載のバッテリーパックを含むことを特徴とする自動車。
