Claims (11)
- モータの動力を使用する電気自動車のアンチジャーク制御方法において、
モータの実際速度を算出する段階;
モータのモデル速度を算出する段階;
前記算出されたモータモデル速度と実際速度との偏差に基づいた振動成分を求める段階;
前記振動成分に含まれている誤差成分を除去するために、前記振動成分の高周波フィルタリングを行う段階;
前記高周波フィルタリング時に発生した位相先行を補償するために、前記フィルタリングが行われた振動成分を設定時間位相遅延させる段階;及び
前記設定時間位相遅延した振動成分に、設定されたゲイン値を適用して、これに基づいてアンチジャーク補償トルクを生成する段階;
を含み、
前記設定されたゲイン値は、前記電気自動車の走行モード又は走行状態に基づいて求め、
前記振動成分の高周波フィルタリングを行う段階では、ラプラス変換に基づいて1次関数以上の関数で表現される誤差成分を除去し、
前記振動成分の高周波フィルタリングを行う段階では、下記のラプラス変換公式によって前記振動成分の高周波フィルタリングを行うことを特徴とする、電気自動車のアンチジャーク制御方法。

- 前記アンチジャーク補償トルクが下限設定値以下であれば、前記アンチジャーク補償トルクを使用しない段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気自動車のアンチジャーク制御方法。
- 前記アンチジャーク補償トルクが上限設定値以上であれば、前記アンチジャーク補償トルクを、定めた値に制限して使用する段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気自動車のアンチジャーク制御方法。
- 前記アンチジャーク補償トルクの適用の要否を判断する段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気自動車のアンチジャーク制御方法。
- 前記振動成分の高周波フィルタリングを行う段階では、ボードプロットを使用して前記振動成分の通過周波数を選択することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気自動車のアンチジャーク制御方法。
- 前記フィルタリングが行われた振動成分を設定時間位相遅延させる段階では、下記の公式を用いて位相遅延角度(∠θ)を求めることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気自動車のアンチジャーク制御方法。
- モータの動力を使用する電気自動車のアンチジャーク制御システムにおいて、
前記モータの駆動電源を提供するバッテリ;
前記バッテリの充放電状態を管理制御するバッテリ制御ユニット;及び
前記モータの駆動を制御するモータ制御器;を含み、
前記モータ制御器は、請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項の方法を行うための命令を実行することを特徴とする、電気自動車のアンチジャーク制御システム。 - 前記モータ制御器は、
前記モータの実際速度を算出する実際速度算出部;
前記モータのモデル速度を算出するモデル速度算出部;
前記モータのモデル速度と実際速度との偏差に基づいた振動成分を算出する振動成分算出部;
前記振動成分算出部で算出された前記振動成分に含まれている誤差成分を除去するために、前記振動成分の高周波フィルタリングを行うハイパスフィルタ;
前記ハイパスフィルタで前記振動成分のフィルタリングが行われたときに発生した位相先行を補償するために、前記ハイパスフィルタリングが行われた振動成分を設定時間位相遅延させる位相遅延部;及び
前記設定時間位相遅延した振動成分に、設定されたゲイン値を適用して、これに基づいてアンチジャーク補償トルクを生成するアンチジャーク補償トルク生成部;
を含み、
前記設定時間位相遅延した振動成分に前記電気自動車の走行モード又は走行状態に基づいて求めたゲインを適用するゲイン部をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の電気自動車のアンチジャーク制御システム。 - 前記アンチジャーク補償トルクが下限設定値以下であれば、前記アンチジャーク補償トルクを使用しないようにするデッドバンド部をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の電気自動車のアンチジャーク制御システム。
- 前記アンチジャーク補償トルクが上限設定値以上であれば、前記アンチジャーク補償トルクを、定めた値に制限して使用するようにするアンチジャーク補償トルク制限部をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の電気自動車のアンチジャーク制御システム。
- 前記アンチジャーク補償トルクの適用の要否を判断するアンチジャーク補償トルク適用判断部をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の電気自動車のアンチジャーク制御システム。
