Description
車軸に連結された駆動軸に動力を出力可能なエンジンと、
前記駆動軸に動力を出力可能なモータと、
前記モータと電力をやりとり可能なバッテリと、
アクセル開度に応じた前記駆動軸の要求トルクに基づいて走行用トルクを設定し、前記走行用トルクが前記駆動軸に出力されるように前記エンジンと前記モータとを制御する制御手段と、
を備えるハイブリッド自動車であって、
前記制御手段は、前記所定の加速要求が行なわれたとき、前記走行用トルクまたは前記駆動軸に出力されている駆動軸トルクを判定用トルクとして、該判定用トルクが前記要求トルクよりも小さいトルク閾値に至るまでは、前記判定用トルクが前記トルク閾値に至った後に比して、前記エンジンのパワーを制限する手段である、
ことを特徴とする。

Claims (7)
- 車軸に連結された駆動軸に動力を出力可能なエンジンと、
前記駆動軸に動力を出力可能なモータと、
前記モータと電力をやりとり可能なバッテリと、
アクセル開度に応じた前記駆動軸の要求トルクに基づいて走行用トルクを設定し、前記走行用トルクが前記駆動軸に出力されるように前記エンジンと前記モータとを制御する制御手段と、
を備えるハイブリッド自動車であって、
前記制御手段は、所定の加速要求が行なわれたとき、前記走行用トルクを、前記要求トルクよりも小さいトルク閾値まで第1増加速度で増加させた後に前記要求トルクまで前記第1増加速度よりも小さい第2増加速度で増加させると共に、前記走行用トルクまたは前記駆動軸に出力されている駆動軸トルクを判定用トルクとして、該判定用トルクが前記トルク閾値に至るまでは、前記判定用トルクが前記トルク閾値に至った後に比して、前記エンジンのパワーを制限する手段である、
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド自動車。 - 請求項1記載のハイブリッド自動車であって、
前記制御手段は、前記所定の加速要求が行なわれたとき、前記エンジンのパワーを上限パワーによって制限する手段であり、
更に、前記制御手段は、前記所定の加速要求が行なわれたとき、前記判定用トルクが前記トルク閾値に至るまでは第1パワーに基づいて前記上限パワーを設定し、前記判定用トルクが前記トルク閾値に至った後は第2パワーに基づいて前記上限パワーを設定する手段であり、
前記第1パワーは、前記走行用トルクに対応する走行用パワーと前記バッテリの許容出力電力との差分のパワーと、値0と、のうちの大きい方のパワーであり、
前記第2パワーは、前記走行用パワーと前記バッテリの充放電要求パワーとに応じた第3パワーに徐々に近づくパワーである、
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド自動車。 - 請求項2記載のハイブリッド自動車であって、
前記制御手段は、前記所定の加速要求が行なわれたとき、前記第1パワーまたは前記第2パワーを、前記所定の加速要求が行なわれる前の前記走行用パワーによって下限ガードして、前記上限パワーを設定する手段である、
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド自動車。 - 請求項1ないし3のいずれか1つの請求項に記載のハイブリッド自動車であって、
前記エンジンは、吸気バルブの開閉タイミングを変更可能な可変バルブタイミング機構を有し、
前記制御手段は、前記所定の加速要求が行なわれたとき、前記判定用トルクが前記トルク閾値に至った後は、前記判定用トルクが前記トルク閾値に至るまでに比して、前記開閉タイミングが進角側となるように前記可変バルブタイミング機構を制御する手段である、
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド自動車。 - 請求項4記載のハイブリッド自動車であって、
前記制御手段は、
前記所定の加速要求が行なわれたとき、前記判定用トルクが前記トルク閾値に至った後は、
前記走行用トルクに対応する走行用パワーと前記バッテリの充放電要求パワーとに応じた仮要求パワーと、前記エンジンの動作ラインと、を用いて前記エンジンの第1仮トルクを設定し、
前記仮要求パワーを前記エンジンの上限パワーによって制限して得られる制限後要求パワーと、前記動作ラインと、を用いて前記エンジンの第2仮トルクを設定し、
前記開閉タイミングが、前記第2仮トルクが大きいほど進角側で且つ前記第1仮トルクと前記第2仮トルクとの差分が大きいほど進角側となるのに伴って、前記第2仮トルクが前記エンジンから出力されるように、前記エンジンを制御する手段である、
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド自動車。 - 請求項1ないし5のいずれか1つの請求項に記載のハイブリッド自動車であって、
前記制御手段は、前記要求トルクが第2トルク閾値よりも大きくなる条件,前記アクセル開度が開度閾値よりも大きくなる条件,前記アクセル開度に応じた要求加速度が加速度閾値よりも大きくなる条件,前記要求トルクと前記駆動軸の回転数とに応じたパワーがパワー閾値よりも大きくなる条件の何れかが成立したときに、前記所定の加速要求が行なわれたと判定する手段である、
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド自動車。 - 請求項1ないし6のいずれか1つの請求項に記載のハイブリッド自動車であって、
前記バッテリと電力のやりとりが可能な発電機と、
前記駆動軸と前記エンジンの出力軸と前記発電機の回転軸とに3つの回転要素が接続されたプラネタリギヤと、
を備えることを特徴とするハイブリッド自動車。
