Description
エンジンと、第1モータと、前記エンジンと前記第1モータと車軸に連結された駆動軸とに3つの回転要素が接続されたプラネタリギヤと、前記駆動軸に動力を入出力可能な第2モータと、前記第1モータおよび前記第2モータと電力をやりとりする蓄電装置と、制御装置とを備え、
前記制御装置は、
アクセル操作量と車速とに基づいて前記駆動軸に要求される要求駆動力を設定し、
前記アクセル操作量と前記車速とに基づいて変速段を設定し、
前記車速と前記変速段とに基づいて前記エンジンの目標回転数を設定し、
前記エンジンを前記目標回転数で運転するときの前記エンジンの上限パワーを設定し、
前記エンジンから前記上限パワーを出力するときの前記駆動軸の第1上限駆動力を設定し、
前記要求駆動力と前記第1上限駆動力との大小関係に基づいて前記駆動軸の目標駆動力を設定し、
前記エンジンが前記目標回転数で運転されると共に前記目標駆動力に基づいて走行するように前記エンジンと前記第1モータと前記第2モータとを制御する、
ハイブリッド車両であって、
前記制御装置は、
前記要求駆動力が前記第1上限駆動力以下のときには、前記要求駆動力を前記目標駆動力として設定し、
前記要求駆動力が前記第1上限駆動力よりも大きいときには、
前記要求駆動力と前記第1上限駆動力との差分に基づいて前記蓄電装置の目標補填パワーを設定し、
前記エンジンから前記上限パワーを出力すると共に前記蓄電装置が前記目標補填パワーに基づくパワーで充放電する蓄電装置パワー補填を行なうときの前記駆動軸の第2上限駆動力を設定し、
前記要求駆動力および前記第2上限駆動力のうちの小さい方を前記目標駆動力として設定し、
更に、前記制御装置は、前記変速段を変更するための変速線として第1種変速線が用いられていて、且つ、前記蓄電装置の蓄電割合が第1割合以下である条件を含む所定条件が成立すると、前記変速線を前記第1種変速線よりも低速段を推奨する第2種変速線に変更する、
ことを要旨とする。

Claims (9)
- エンジンと、第1モータと、前記エンジンと前記第1モータと車軸に連結された駆動軸とに3つの回転要素が接続されたプラネタリギヤと、前記駆動軸に動力を入出力可能な第2モータと、前記第1モータおよび前記第2モータと電力をやりとりする蓄電装置と、制御装置とを備え、
前記制御装置は、
アクセル操作量と車速とに基づいて前記駆動軸に要求される要求駆動力を設定し、
前記アクセル操作量と前記車速とに基づいて変速段を設定し、
前記車速と前記変速段とに基づいて前記エンジンの目標回転数を設定し、
前記エンジンを前記目標回転数で運転するときの前記エンジンの上限パワーを設定し、
前記エンジンから前記上限パワーを出力するときの前記駆動軸の第1上限駆動力を設定し、
前記要求駆動力と前記第1上限駆動力との大小関係に基づいて前記駆動軸の目標駆動力を設定し、
前記エンジンが前記目標回転数で運転されると共に前記目標駆動力に基づいて走行するように前記エンジンと前記第1モータと前記第2モータとを制御する、
ハイブリッド車両であって、
前記制御装置は、
前記要求駆動力が前記第1上限駆動力以下のときには、前記要求駆動力を前記目標駆動力として設定し、
前記要求駆動力が前記第1上限駆動力よりも大きいときには、
前記要求駆動力と前記第1上限駆動力との差分に基づいて前記蓄電装置の目標補填パワーを設定し、
前記エンジンから前記上限パワーを出力すると共に前記蓄電装置が前記目標補填パワーに基づくパワーで充放電する蓄電装置パワー補填を行なうときの前記駆動軸の第2上限駆動力を設定し、
前記要求駆動力および前記第2上限駆動力のうちの小さい方を前記目標駆動力として設定し、
更に、前記制御装置は、前記変速段を変更するための変速線として第1種変速線が用いられていて、且つ、前記蓄電装置の蓄電割合が第1割合以下である条件を含む所定条件が成立すると、前記変速線を前記第1種変速線に対して少なくとも一部が高車速側および/または低アクセル操作量側に移動した第2種変速線に変更し、
更に、前記制御装置は、
前記第1上限駆動力を設定する際には、前記上限パワーと、前記蓄電装置の蓄電割合に基づくと共に放電側が正となる前記蓄電装置の第1要求充放電パワーと、の和のパワーが前記駆動軸に出力されるときの駆動力を前記第1上限駆動力として設定し、
前記第2上限駆動力を設定する際には、前記上限パワーと、前記第1要求充放電パワーと、前記目標補填パワーに基づくと共に放電側が正となる前記蓄電装置の第2要求充放電パワーと、の和のパワーが前記駆動軸に出力されるときの駆動力を前記第2上限駆動力として設定し、
前記所定条件は、前記蓄電割合が前記第1割合以下で、且つ、前記変速線として前記第1種変速線および前記第2種変速線のうちの何れを用いても前記変速段が同一となり、且つ、前記第2要求充放電パワーが所定パワー以下である条件を含む、
ハイブリッド車両。 - 請求項1記載のハイブリッド車両であって、
前記所定条件は、前記蓄電割合が前記第1割合以下で、且つ、前記変速線を前記第1種変速線から前記第2種変速線に変更すると前記変速段がダウンシフトする条件を含む、
ハイブリッド車両。 - 請求項1または2記載のハイブリッド車両であって、
前記所定条件は、前記蓄電割合が前記第1割合よりも小さい第2割合以下である条件を含む、
ハイブリッド車両。 - 請求項1ないし3のうちの何れか1つの請求項に記載のハイブリッド車両であって、
前記第1割合は、登坂路のときには、前記登坂路でないときに比して大きくなるように設定される、
ハイブリッド車両。 - 請求項1ないし4のうちの何れか1つの請求項に記載のハイブリッド車両であって、
前記制御装置は、
前記要求駆動力と前記第1上限駆動力との差分が大きいほど大きくなるように前記蓄電装置の要求補填パワーを設定し、
前記蓄電割合が前記第1割合以下の第3割合以下のときに前記蓄電割合が小さいほど小さくなるように、または、前記蓄電割合が前記第3割合以下に至ってからの時間の経過に従って小さくなるように補填可能パワーを設定し、
前記要求補填パワーを前記補填可能パワーで制限して前記目標補填パワーを設定する、
ハイブリッド車両。 - 請求項1ないし5のうちの何れか1つの請求項に記載のハイブリッド車両であって、
前記制御装置は、前記変速線として前記第2種変速線を用いるときには、前記要求駆動力および前記第1上限駆動力のうちの小さい方を前記目標駆動力として設定する、
ハイブリッド車両。 - 請求項1ないし6のうちの何れか1つの請求項に記載のハイブリッド車両であって、
前記制御装置は、
前記要求駆動力が前記第1上限駆動力以下のときには、前記目標駆動力を前記駆動軸に出力するためのパワーから前記第1要求充放電パワーを減じたパワーを前記エンジンの目標パワーとして設定し、
前記要求駆動力が前記第1上限駆動力よりも大きいときには、前記目標駆動力を前記駆動軸に出力するためのパワーから前記第1要求充放電パワーと前記第2要求充放電パワーとの和を減じたパワーを前記エンジンの目標パワーとして設定し、
前記エンジンから前記目標パワーが出力されるように前記エンジンを制御する、
ハイブリッド車両。 - 請求項1ないし7のうちの何れか1つの請求項に記載のハイブリッド車両であって、
前記変速段は、仮想的な変速段である、
ハイブリッド車両。 - 請求項1ないし8のうちの何れか1つの請求項に記載のハイブリッド車両であって、
前記プラネタリギヤと前記駆動軸との間に取り付けられた有段変速機を有し、
前記変速段は、前記有段変速機の変速段または前記有段変速機の変速段に仮想的な変速段を加味した変速段である、
ハイブリッド車両。
