Abstract
【解決手段】エンジンから実際に出力されたトルクとして第1モータのトルク指令Tm1*を用いて推定される推定実トルクTeestの目標トルクTetagに対する出力比率Rtを算出し(S120)、算出したエンジン22の出力比率Rtが予め定められた異常判定用閾値Rtref未満に低下しており(S130)、且つ、エンジンの回転数変化量ΔNeが正の誤判定抑制用閾値ΔNeref未満であるときには(S150)、エンジンの出力異常が生じていると判定する。そして、誤判定抑制用閾値ΔNerefは、エンジンの目標トルクTetagが高いほど大きくなる傾向の閾値とする(S140)。これにより、誤判定抑制用閾値ΔNerefとして比較的小さい閾値を用いることでエンジンの高トルクの出力時に出力異常が生じていると判定されるのが抑制され過ぎる等を抑える。

エンジンと該エンジンの出力軸にトルクを出力可能なモータとを備える車両における該エンジンの出力が低下する出力異常を判定する車両の異常判定装置であって、
前記エンジンから実際に出力されたトルクとして前記モータのトルクを用いて推定される実トルクが前記エンジンから出力すべき目標トルクに比して許容範囲を超えて低くなっており且つ前記エンジンの回転数の増加量が誤判定抑制用閾値未満であるときには、前記エンジンの出力異常が生じていると判定する異常判定手段を備え、
前記誤判定抑制用閾値は、前記目標トルクが高いほど大きくなる傾向の閾値である、

Claims (4)
- エンジンと該エンジンの出力軸にトルクを出力可能なモータとを備える車両における該エンジンの出力が低下する出力異常を判定する車両の異常判定装置であって、
前記エンジンから実際に出力されたトルクとして前記モータのトルクを用いて推定される実トルクが前記エンジンから出力すべき目標トルクに比して許容範囲を超えて低くなっており且つ前記エンジンの回転数の増加量が誤判定抑制用閾値未満であるときには、前記エンジンの出力異常が生じていると判定する異常判定手段を備え、
前記誤判定抑制用閾値は、前記目標トルクが高いほど大きくなる傾向の閾値である、
車両の異常判定装置。 - 請求項1記載の車両の異常判定装置であって、
前記異常判定手段は、前記目標トルクに対する前記実トルクの比率が予め定められた異常判定用閾値未満のときに、前記実トルクが前記目標トルクに比して許容範囲を超えて低くなっていると判定する手段である、
車両の異常判定装置。 - 請求項1または2記載の車両の異常判定装置であって、
前記異常判定手段は、前記実トルクが前記目標トルクに比して許容範囲を超えて低くなっていると判定したときに前記エンジンの出力異常が生じていると判定し、前記エンジンの出力異常が生じていると判定した状態で前記エンジンの回転数の増加量が前記誤判定抑制用閾値以上であるときには、前記エンジンの出力異常の判定結果をマスクする手段である、
車両の異常判定装置。 - 請求項1ないし3のいずれか1つの請求項に記載の車両の異常判定装置であって、
前記車両は、車軸に連結された駆動軸と前記エンジンの出力軸と前記モータの回転軸との3軸に3つの回転要素が接続されたプラネタリギヤと、前記駆動軸に回転軸が接続された第2モータと、前記モータおよび前記第2モータと電力をやりとりするバッテリと、を備える、
