Claims (2)
- 素板ガラスに対する切線形成ポジションにおいて予め設定されたワーク座標系をもって素板ガラスに切線を形成し、この素板ガラスから切線に沿って切り出された複数の切り出しガラス板を形成する前に、素板ガラスから複数の切り出し予定のガラス板の夫々に該ワーク座標系において予め設定された少なくとも1箇所にアライメントマークを付し、アライメントマークが付され且つ切り出されたガラス板を位置決めする位置決めポジションにおいて、該ワーク座標系において設定したアライメントマークの座標値を基準位置として設置したカメラによりアライメントマークを撮像及び画像処理して切り出されたガラス板の実際のアライメントマークを検出し、この検出した実際のアライメントマークの位置及び形態と基準位置及び付されたアライメントマークの形態とに基づいて、切り出しガラス板の位置及び角度を修正するガラス板の切り出し及び切り出したガラス板の位置決め方法。
- 素板ガラスの板面に沿ってXY平面座標移動して当該素板ガラスに切線を形成するスクライブヘッドを有した切線形成装置と、スクライブヘッドにより切線が形成された素板ガラスから切り出しガラス板を切り出す前に、切り出し予定のガラス板の領域の少なくとも1箇所にアライメントマークを付するマーク付与装置と、切線形成装置により形成された切線に沿って素板ガラスから切り出しガラス板を切り出す切り出し装置と、この切り出し装置により切り出されたガラス板を位置決めする位置決めポジションにおいて、切線形成装置に設定のワーク座標系において付けたマーク座標値を基準位置として設置されたカメラと、このカメラにより撮像されたアライメントマークを画像処理して実際のアライメントマークを検出し、この検出した実際のアライメントマークの位置及び形態と基準位置及び付されたアライメントマークの形態とに基づいて、切り出しガラス板の位置及び角度を修正する位置及び角度修正装置とを具備したガラス板の切り出しと切り出したガラス板の位置決めとを行う装置。
