Description
[4]上記[1]記載の前記弾性変形部の先端部の前記押圧膨出部の内面には、前記被取付部の外面が当接され、前記押圧膨出部の外面には、前記締付バンド部材の内面が当接されることを特徴とする。
図1において、全体を示す符号1は、本実施の形態に係る典型的なスイッチ装置を模式的に示している。このスイッチ装置10は、自動車のステアリングシャフト1を回転可能に支持するコラムポスト2の外周に取り付けられる。
ところで、コラムポスト2に対するスイッチ装置10の取付は、バンドクランプ15の締付力により行われるが、スイッチボディ11の嵌込部14に対するバンドクランプ15の当接ポイントが的確でない場合は、コラムポスト2にスイッチボディ11を安定した状態に支持することは困難になる。
以上のように構成されたスイッチ装置1によれば、上記効果に加えて、次の効果が得られる。
Claims (4)
- レバー操作部を支持するスイッチボディと、被取付部に前記スイッチボディを嵌め込む筒状の嵌込部とを備えており、
前記嵌込部は、締付バンド部材の締付力により弾性変形可能な複数の弾性変形部と、前記弾性変形部の先端部外面から膨出して形成された押圧膨出部とを有し、
前記押圧膨出部が、前記締付バンド部材と前記被取付部との間での当接部位として構成されていることを特徴とするスイッチ装置。 - 前記嵌込部は、周壁を縦スリット状に形成した切欠きを有し、
前記弾性変形部は、前記切欠きに挟まれて配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のスイッチ装置。 - 前記被取付部は、車両のステアリングシャフトを回転可能に支持するコラムポストであることを特徴とする請求項1記載のスイッチ装置。
- 前記弾性変形部の先端部の前記押圧膨出部の内面には、前記被取付部の外面が当接され、前記押圧膨出部の外面には、前記締付バンド部材の内面が当接されることを特徴とする請求項1記載のスイッチ装置。
