Claims (3)
- オペレータが搭乗する運転部と、エンジンの排気ガス中の粒子状物質を除去する第1ケースと、前記エンジンの排気ガス中の窒素酸化物質を除去する第2ケースを備える作業車両において、
前記エンジンの上面側を覆うボンネットを備える構造であって、
前記第1ケースは、平面視で前記エンジンの出力軸と平行な方向に長く伸びた筒形状に構成されるとともに、前記第1ケースの一端に、排気ガスを排出する出口管を設け、該出口管に尿素混合管の入口側が接続されており、
前記第2ケースの両端に、排気ガスを取り入れるSCR入口管と、排気ガスを排出するSCR出口管とを振り分けて設けており、前記SCR入口管が前記第1ケースの出口管と前記尿素混合管を介して接続されており、
前記エンジン上方で互いに平行に配置された前記第1ケース及び前記第2ケースが、前記ボンネットにて覆われており、
前記第1ケースの排気ガス圧力を検出する排気差圧センサと、前記排気差圧センサまたはハーネスコネクタを支持するセンサブラケットを備える構造であって、前記ボンネットの天板部を、外側天板と内側天板にて二重構造に形成し、前記外側天板と内側天板間の遮熱空間にセンサブラケットを介して前記排気差圧センサまたはハーネスコネクタを配置したことを特徴とする作業車両。 - 前記走行機体に立設させる後側フレームに開閉支点軸を介して前記ボンネットを支持させる構造であって、前記後側フレームに前記開閉支点軸を介してボンネット支持枠体を設け、前記ボンネット支持枠体にセンサブラケットの固定脚部を締結固定させていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の作業車両。
- 前記尿素混合管に尿素水を供給する尿素水タンクが、前記エンジンが搭載される走行機体のうち、前記運転部下側の走行機体に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の作業車両。
