Description
また、本発明のある態様によれば、ケース内に固定されるバルブプレートと、バルブプレートに対して摺接するようにケース内に配設されるシリンダブロックとを備え、作動油を供給するポンプ又は作動油により駆動されるモータとして機能するピストンポンプ・モータが提供される。そして、バルブプレート及びシリンダブロックの一方の摺接部はクロムをドープした水素化アモルファス炭素により形成され、バルブプレート及びシリンダブロックの他方の摺接部は銅合金またはアルミニウム合金により形成される。
Claims (6)
- ケース内に固定されるバルブプレートと、前記バルブプレートに対して摺接するようにケース内に配設されるシリンダブロックとを備え、作動油を供給するポンプ又は作動油により駆動されるモータとして機能するピストンポンプ・モータであって、
前記バルブプレート及び前記シリンダブロックの一方の摺接部は、アモルファス炭素により形成され、
前記バルブプレート及び前記シリンダブロックの他方の摺接部は、鉛を含まない鉛フリーの銅合金により形成されるピストンポンプ・モータ。 - 請求項1に記載のピストンポンプ・モータであって、
前記アモルファス炭素は、水素化アモルファス炭素であるピストンポンプ・モータ。 - 請求項1に記載のピストンポンプ・モータであって、
前記アモルファス炭素は、テトラヘドラルアモルファス炭素であるピストンポンプ・モータ。 - 請求項2に記載のピストンポンプ・モータであって、
前記水素化アモルファス炭素は、クロムをドープした水素化アモルファス炭素であるピストンポンプ・モータ。 - ケース内に固定されるバルブプレートと、前記バルブプレートに対して摺接するようにケース内に配設されるシリンダブロックとを備え、作動油を供給するポンプ又は作動油により駆動されるモータとして機能するピストンポンプ・モータであって、
前記バルブプレート及び前記シリンダブロックの一方の摺接部は、クロムをドープした水素化アモルファス炭素により形成され、
前記バルブプレート及び前記シリンダブロックの他方の摺接部は、銅合金またはアルミニウム合金により形成されるピストンポンプ・モータ。 - 請求項5に記載のピストンポンプ・モータであって、
前記銅合金または前記アルミニウム合金は、鉛を含まない鉛フリー合金であるピストンポンプ・モータ。
