Claims (6)
- 互いに摺接する摺接部材であって、
一方の摺接部材の摺接部は、アモルファス炭素により形成され、
他方の摺接部材の摺接部は、銅合金またはアルミニウム合金により形成される摺接部材。 - 請求項1に記載の前記摺接部材の一方は、ケース内に固定されるバルブプレートとして使用され、
前記摺接部材の他方は、前記バルブプレートに対して摺接するようにケース内に配設されるシリンダブロックとして使用されるピストンポンプ・モータ。 - 請求項2に記載のピストンポンプ・モータであって、
前記バルブプレートの摺接部は、アモルファス炭素により形成され、
前記シリンダブロックの摺接部は、銅合金またはアルミニウム合金により形成されるピストンポンプ・モータ。 - 請求項2に記載のピストンポンプ・モータであって、
前記アモルファス炭素は、水素化アモルファス炭素であるピストンポンプ・モータ。 - 請求項2に記載のピストンポンプ・モータであって、
前記アモルファス炭素は、テトラヘドラルアモルファス炭素であるピストンポンプ・モータ。 - 請求項2に記載のピストンポンプ・モータであって、
前記銅合金及び前記アルミニウム合金は、鉛を含まない鉛フリー合金であるピストンポンプ・モータ。
