Description
この場合、溶射用スラリーは分散剤をさらに含有してもよい。前記分散剤は、ポリカルボン酸系分散剤、ポリアルキレンポリアミン系分散剤、及びイミダゾリン系分散剤から選ばれる少なくとも一種であってもよい。
この場合、溶射用スラリーは粘度調整剤をさらに含有してもよい。前記粘度調整剤は、ポリエーテルであってもよい。前記溶射用スラリーのpHは、6〜11であってもよい。
以上説明した第1及び第2実施形態の溶射用スラリーは、セラミック粒子の含有量が85質量%以下であって粘度が3000mPa・s以下であるために、溶射用スラリー中のセラミック粒子の含有量が比較的高い場合でも、溶射装置への良好な供給に適した所要の流動性を有しうる。すなわち、溶射皮膜の形成に十分な所要の流動性を有しうる。しかも、セラミック粒子の含有量が10質量%以上であることにより、溶射用スラリーは所要の溶射効率を確保することができる。
したがって、第1及び第2実施形態によれば、セラミック溶射皮膜を良好に形成することの可能な溶射用スラリーが提供される。
第1及び第2実施形態は次のように変更されてもよい。
次に、実施例及び比較例を挙げて本発明をさらに具体的に説明する。
Claims (15)
- スラリーを溶射して溶射皮膜を形成するための溶射用スラリーであり、10質量%以上85質量%以下の量でセラミック粒子(酸化イットリウム粒子を除く)を含有し、1mPa・s以上且つ3000mPa・s以下の粘度を有する溶射用スラリーであって、
1Lの容積を有する高さ16.5cmの容器内に前記溶射用スラリーを700mL入れて室温下で一週間静置したときに沈殿を生じることを特徴とする溶射用スラリー。 - 前記セラミック粒子が200nm以上5μm以下の平均粒子径を有する請求項1に記載の溶射用スラリー。
- 凝集剤をさらに含有する請求項2に記載の溶射用スラリー。
- 前記凝集剤は、アルミニウム系凝集剤、イソブチレン−マレイン酸共重合体、及びカルボキシビニルポリマーから選ばれる少なくとも一種である請求項3に記載の溶射用スラリー。
- 分散剤をさらに含有する請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の溶射用スラリー。
- 前記分散剤は、ポリカルボン酸系分散剤、ポリアルキレンポリアミン系分散剤、及びイミダゾリン系分散剤から選ばれる少なくとも一種である請求項5に記載の溶射用スラリー。
- 粘度調整剤をさらに含有する請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の溶射用スラリー。
- 前記粘度調整剤は、ポリエーテルである請求項7に記載の溶射用スラリー。
- 前記溶射用スラリーのpHは、6〜11である請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の溶射用スラリー。
- 分散媒として水を含んだ請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の溶射用スラリーを高速フレーム溶射して溶射皮膜を形成する溶射皮膜の形成方法。
- 分散媒として有機溶剤を含んだ請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の溶射用スラリーをプラズマ溶射して溶射皮膜を形成する溶射皮膜の形成方法。
- 前記溶射用スラリーをアクシャルフィード方式で溶射装置に供給することを含む請求項10又は11に記載の溶射皮膜の形成方法。
- 前記溶射用スラリーを、2つのフィーダーを用いて、両フィーダーからの溶射用スラリーの供給量の変動周期が互いに逆位相となるようにして溶射装置に供給することを含む請求項10又は11に記載の溶射皮膜の形成方法。
- 前記溶射用スラリーをフィーダーから送り出して溶射装置の直前でタンクにいったん貯留し、自然落下を利用してそのタンク内の溶射用スラリーを溶射装置に供給することを含む請求項10又は11に記載の溶射皮膜の形成方法。
- 導電性チューブを介して溶射装置へ溶射用スラリーを供給することを含む請求項10又は11に記載の溶射皮膜の形成方法。
