Description

−次のものの乾燥混合物:
−別の炭素質材料と任意に混合した、か焼した無煙炭10〜95質量%、
−ケイ素3〜20質量%、
−酸化アルミニウム、二酸化チタン、ケイ酸アルミニウム及び2以上の前述の化合物の混合物からなる群から選択された酸化物セラミックス2〜30質量、
−非酸化物セラミックス0〜20質量%、及び
−合成の又は天然のグラファイト又は両者の混合物0〜30質量%、
及び
−少なくとも1のバインダー。
−次のものの乾燥混合物:
−別の炭素質材料と任意に混合した、か焼した無煙炭30〜90質量%、
−ケイ素5〜15質量%、
−酸化アルミニウム、二酸化チタン、ケイ酸アルミニウム及び2以上の前述の化合物の混合物からなる群から選択された酸化物セラミックス5〜20質量、
−非酸化物セラミックス0〜10質量%、及び
−合成の又は天然のグラファイト又は両者の混合物0〜30質量%、
及び
−少なくとも1のバインダー。
−次のものの乾燥混合物:
−合成の又は天然のグラファイト又は両者の混合物20〜80質量%、
−別の炭素質材料と任意に混合した、か焼した無煙炭20〜80質量%、
−ケイ素0〜20質量%、及び
−酸化アルミニウム、二酸化チタン、ケイ酸アルミニウム及び2以上の前述の化合物の混合物からなる群から選択された酸化物セラミックス0〜20質量、
及び
−少なくとも1のバインダー。
−次のものの乾燥混合物:
−合成の又は天然のグラファイト又は両者の混合物30〜70質量%、
−別の炭素質材料と任意に混合した、か焼した無煙炭20〜50質量%、
−ケイ素5〜15質量%、及び
−酸化アルミニウム、二酸化チタン、ケイ酸アルミニウム及び2以上の前述の化合物の混合物からなる群から選択された酸化物セラミックス5〜15質量%、
及び
−少なくとも1のバインダー。
優れた熱流のために特に最適化されている二層耐火物を、保護層のための混合物及び伝導層のための混合物を調製することにより調製し、その際、保護層のための混合物は次のものを含んだ:

−1500℃での熱伝導率:12W/m・K 及び
−孔サイズ分布:1μmより大きい直径を有する孔からの開放多孔率の合計は試料体積の1.9%に等しかった。
伝導層:
−見掛け密度:1.70g/cm3、
−冷間破壊強度:45MPa、
−曲げ強度:11MPa、
−1500℃での熱伝導率:23W/m・K 及び
−孔サイズ分布:1μmより大きい直径を有する孔からの開放多孔率の合計は試料体積の2.3%に等しかった。
スカル形成の簡易化のために特に最適化した二層耐火物を、実施例1に説明した方法と同様に調製したが、但し、スカル形成保護層のための混合物は次のものを含んだ:
−か焼した無煙炭45質量部、

伝導層:

−1500℃での熱伝導率:30W/m・K 及び
−孔サイズ分布:1μmより大きい直径を有する孔からの開放多孔率の合計は試料体積の3.5%に等しかった。

Claims (2)
- 耐摩耗性保護を提供する保護層(12)、熱流を提供する伝導層(14)、及び、保護層と伝導層との間に配置された1以上の中間層を含む積層複合材である、耐火物(10)であって、保護層の熱伝導率が100%とした場合、伝導層が保護層の熱伝導率よりも少なくとも25%より高い熱伝導率を1500℃で有し、個々の層の間の層間結合強度が6MPaを上回り、保護層は、熱的、化学的及び機械的摩耗性に対して抵抗性を有する、前記耐火物(10)。
- 耐摩耗性保護を提供する保護層(12)、熱流を提供する伝導層(14)及び、保護層と伝導層との間に配置された1以上の中間層を含む積層複合材である、請求項1記載の耐火物(10)であって、保護層の熱伝導率が100%とした場合、伝導層が保護層の熱伝導率よりも少なくとも25%より高い熱伝導率を1500℃で有し、個々の層の間の層間結合強度が6MPaを上回り、保護層は、熱的、化学的及び機械的摩耗性に対して抵抗性を有する、耐火物(10)の製造方法において、
以下の工程:
a)保護層(12)のための混合物、伝導層(14)のための混合物、及び、1以上の中間層のための混合物、を提供する工程、
b)工程a)において提供された混合物から、バイブロ成形、ブロックプレス、単軸プレス、アイソスタティックプレス及び押出からなる群から選択される方法を用いて、積層したグリーンブロックを形成する工程、及び
c)工程b)のグリーンブロックをベーキングする工程を含む、前記製造方法。
