前記コンベア主ロール又は対のコンベア主プーリは、垂直方向に互いに間隔を空けて互いに上下に配置され、前記コンベア主ロール又は対のコンベア主プーリの間の水平距離は、前記コンベア主ロール又はコンベア主プーリの少なくとも一部が実質的に同一の垂直線上に位置するように設定され、
前記コンベアガイドロール又はコンベアガイドプーリは、各コンベア主ロール又は主プーリの外側において、前記対応するコンベア主ロール又は主プーリの回転軸上に中心点を有し前記コンベア主ロール又は主プーリより直径が大きい円の円周上に配置され、
前記第1及び第2の無端材料搬送手段は、まず、1つのコンベア主ロール若しくは1対のコンベア主プーリ上、又は1組のコンベアガイドロール若しくはガイドプーリ上を移動し、次いで、次の1組のコンベアガイドロール若しくはガイドプーリ上、又は次のコンベア主ロール若しくは1対のコンベア主プーリ上をそれぞれ移動することを交互に行うように構成され、
前記第1及び第2の無端材料搬送手段は、1組のコンベアガイドロール又はガイドプーリ上を移動する際に、搬送される材料が前記第1又は第2の無端材料搬送手段の表面に接触した状態で留まる速度で移動するように構成されていることを特徴とするコンベアが提供される。
Claims (9)
- 鉱物材料を垂直に搬送するコンベア(100)であって、
コンベアフレーム(250)と、
前記コンベアフレームに対して回転可能に装着される少なくとも2つのコンベア主ロール(110)又は少なくとも2対のコンベア主プーリ(413)と、
前記コンベアフレームに対してそれぞれ回転可能に装着される複数のコンベアガイドロール(120)又はコンベアガイドプーリ(403,423)と、
前記コンベア主ロール上及び前記コンベアガイドロール上を移動するように構成された第1の無端材料搬送手段(101,401)及び第2の無端材料搬送手段(201,411)とを備え、
前記コンベア主ロール(110)又は対のコンベア主プーリ(413)は、垂直方向に互いに間隔を空けて互いに上下に配置され、前記コンベア主ロール又は対のコンベア主プーリの間の水平距離は、前記コンベア主ロール(110)又はコンベア主プーリ(413)の少なくとも一部が実質的に同一の垂直線上に位置するように設定され、
前記コンベアガイドロール(120)又はコンベアガイドプーリ(403,423)は、各コンベア主ロール又は主プーリの外側において、前記対応するコンベア主ロール又は主プーリの回転軸上に中心点を有し前記コンベア主ロール又は主プーリより直径が大きい円の円周上に配置され、
前記第1の無端材料搬送手段(101,401)及び前記第2の無端材料搬送手段(201,411)は、まず、1つのコンベア主ロール(110)若しくは1対のコンベア主プーリ(413)上、又は1組のコンベアガイドロール(120)若しくはガイドプーリ(403,423)上を移動し、次いで、次の1組のコンベアガイドロール(120)若しくはガイドプーリ(403,423)上、又は次のコンベア主ロール(110)若しくは1対のコンベア主プーリ(413)上をそれぞれ移動することを交互に行うように構成され、
前記第1の無端材料搬送手段(101,401)及び前記第2の無端材料搬送手段(201,411)は、1組のコンベアガイドロール(120)又はガイドプーリ(403,423)上を移動する際に、搬送される材料が、前記第1又は第2の無端材料搬送手段の表面に接触した状態で留まる速度で移動するように、但し如何なる時点においても、前記第1及び第2の無端材料搬送手段のうち一方にしか接触しないで移動するように、構成されていることを特徴とするコンベア(100)。 - 前記第1の無端材料搬送手段(101,401)及び第2の無端材料搬送手段(201,411)の間であって、搬送される材料の経路と前記コンベアガイドロール(120)又はガイドプーリ(403,423)との間には、少なくとも1つのガイド部材(210)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコンベア。
- 前記少なくとも1つのガイド部材(210)は、複数のガイドロール(120)又はガイドプーリ(403,423)の端部に支持されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のコンベア。
- 前記第1の無端材料搬送手段(101,401)及び第2の無端材料搬送手段(201,411)は、同じ速度で移動するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載のコンベア。
- 前記第1の無端材料搬送手段(101,401)及び第2の無端材料搬送手段(201,411)は、同じ幅を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載のコンベア。
- 請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載のコンベア(100,400)を備えることを特徴とする鉱物材料用加工プラント。
- 粉砕機を備えることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の加工プラント。
- 篩機を備えることを特徴とする請求項6又は7に記載の加工プラント。
- 前記加工プラントから排出される材料の流れ、前記加工プラントに投入される材料の流れ又は前記加工プラント内における材料の流れを搬送する請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の数機のコンベア(100,400)が接続されていることを特徴とする請求項6乃至8のいずれかに記載の加工プラント。
