Claims (8)
- 60モル%〜66モル%のSiO2;
7モル%〜10モル%のAl2O3;
14モル%〜18モル%のB2O3;及び
9モル%〜16モル%のアルカリ土類酸化物;
を含む、ガラス組成物であって、
前記アルカリ土類酸化物は、3モル%〜12モル%のCaO、2モル%〜4モル%のMgO、及び1モル%〜4モル%のSrOを含み、
前記ガラス組成物は、アルカリ金属及びアルカリ金属を含有する化合物を実質的に含まず、重金属を含まず、50キロポアズ以上の液相粘度を有する、ガラス組成物。 - 63モル%〜65モル%のSiO2;及び
16モル%〜17モル%のB2O3;
を含む、請求項1に記載のガラス組成物。 - 10.5Mpsi以下のヤング率を有する、請求項1又は2に記載のガラス組成物。
- 前記ガラス組成物が、1040℃以下の液相温度を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のガラス組成物。
- 第1のガラスクラッド層と第2のガラスクラッド層との間に配置されたガラスコア層を備える、ガラス物品であって、
前記第1のガラスクラッド層及び前記第2のガラスクラッド層は、
60モル%〜66モル%のSiO 2 ;
7モル%〜10モル%のAl 2 O 3 ;
14モル%〜18モル%のB 2 O 3 ;及び
9モル%〜16モル%のアルカリ土類酸化物;
を含む、ガラス組成物から形成され、
前記アルカリ土類酸化物は、3モル%〜12モル%のCaO、2モル%〜4モル%のMgO、及び1モル%〜4モル%のSrOを含み、
前記ガラス組成物は、アルカリ金属及びアルカリ金属を含有する化合物を実質的に含まない、
ガラス物品。 - 前記ガラスコア層は、平均コア熱膨張係数CTEcoreを有し;
前記第1のガラスクラッド層及び前記第2のガラスクラッド層は、前記平均コア熱膨張係数CTEcore未満である平均クラッド熱膨張係数CTEcladを有し;
前記第1のガラスクラッド層及び前記第2のガラスクラッド層は、圧縮応力を受ける;請求項5に記載のガラス物品。 - 前記ガラスコア層の第1の表面は、前記第1のガラスクラッド層に直接隣接し、
前記ガラスコア層の第2の表面は、前記第2のガラスクラッド層に直接隣接する、請求項5又は6に記載のガラス物品。 - 前記第1のガラスクラッド層又は第2のガラスクラッド層と前記ガラスコア層との間に、拡散性層が配置され、
前記拡散性層の平均熱膨張係数は、前記コアの前記平均コア熱膨張係数の値と、前記第1のガラスクラッド層又は前記第2のガラスクラッド層の前記平均クラッド熱膨張係数の値との間の値を有する、請求項5又は6に記載のガラス物品。
