Description
内部に冷却水が流される燃料電池と、
該燃料電池の冷却水入口及び冷却水出口に接続されて冷却水が循環される循環路と、
該循環路に設けられて前記燃料電池内へ前記冷却水入口から前記冷却水を送り込むポンプと、
前記循環路に設けられて前記冷却水の放熱を行うラジエータと、
前記循環路に対して前記ラジエータに並列に接続されたバイパス路と、
前記循環路に設けられて前記ラジエータ及び前記バイパス路へ送り込まれる前記冷却水の流量の割合を調整する流量調整弁と、
前記ポンプ及び前記流量調整弁を制御する制御部とを備え、
前記流量調整弁は、前記ラジエータへの冷却水の流量の割合を所定値以下に調整可能とされ、
前記制御部は、前記ラジエータへの前記冷却水の流量の割合を前記所定値以上として前記燃料電池へ前記冷却水を供給したときに前記燃料電池内の前記冷却水の温度が所定温度以上となると判定されると、前記ラジエータへの前記冷却水の流量の割合を前記所定値以上として前記燃料電池へ前記冷却水が供給されるよう前記流量調整弁及び前記ポンプを制御する所定割合供給運転を行い、前記冷却水の温度が前記所定温度未満となると判定されると、前記燃料電池へ前記冷却水を供給しない燃料電池システム。

Claims (3)
- 内部に冷却水が流される燃料電池と、
該燃料電池の冷却水入口及び冷却水出口に接続されて冷却水が循環される循環路と、
該循環路に設けられて前記燃料電池内へ前記冷却水入口から前記冷却水を送り込むポンプと、
前記循環路に設けられて前記冷却水の放熱を行うラジエータと、
前記循環路に対して前記ラジエータに並列に接続されたバイパス路と、
前記循環路に設けられて前記ラジエータ及び前記バイパス路へ送り込まれる前記冷却水の流量の割合を調整する流量調整弁と、
前記ポンプ及び前記流量調整弁を制御する制御部とを備え、
前記流量調整弁は、前記ラジエータへの冷却水の流量の割合を所定値以下に調整可能とされ、
前記制御部は、前記ラジエータへの前記冷却水の流量の割合を前記所定値以上として前記燃料電池へ前記冷却水を供給したときに前記燃料電池内の前記冷却水の温度が所定温度以上となると判定されると、前記ラジエータへの前記冷却水の流量の割合を前記所定値以上として前記燃料電池へ前記冷却水が供給されるよう前記流量調整弁及び前記ポンプを制御する所定割合供給運転を行い、前記冷却水の温度が前記所定温度未満となると判定されると、前記燃料電池へ前記冷却水を供給しない燃料電池システム。 - 前記バイパス路に、前記冷却水のイオンを除去するイオン交換器を設けた請求項1に記載の燃料電池システム。
- 前記制御部は、前記冷却水の温度変化にかかわらず、前記所定割合供給運転を所定時間継続させる請求項1または請求項2に記載の燃料電池システム。
