Description
本発明の他の具現例は、(a)下記化学式2で表される化合物とピペラジンとを反応させ、下記化学式3で表される化合物を得る段階と、(b)前記得られた化学式3で表される化合物を塩基触媒の存在下で加水分解し、下記化学式4で表される化合物を得る段階と、(c)前記得られた化学式4で表される化合物を脱水剤の存在下で脱水閉環反応させ、下記化学式1で表される酸二無水物を製造する段階とを含んでなる、酸二無水物の製造方法を提供する。

本発明の好適な他の具現例において、前記(a)段階の反応はマイケル付加反応であることを特徴とする。
本発明は、他の観点から、(a)下記化学式2で表される化合物とピペラジンとを反応させ、下記化学式3で表される化合物を得る段階と、(b)前記得られた化学式3で表される化合物を塩基触媒の存在下で加水分解し、下記化学式4で表される化合物を得る段階と、(c)前記得られた化学式4で表される化合物を脱水剤の存在下で脱水閉環反応させ、下記化学式1で表される酸二無水物を製造する段階とを含んでなる、酸二無水物の製造方法に関するものである。

まず、反応式1に示すように、化学式3で表される化合物は、化学式2で表される化合物(フマル酸ジメチル)とピペラジンのマイケル付加反応によって生成される。このとき、前記マイケル付加反応において、化学式2で表される化合物(フマル酸ジメチル)はマイケルアクセプター(acceptor)となり、ピペラジンはマイケルドナー(donor)となる。

また、本発明は、別の観点から、前記ポリアミック酸を脱水閉環させて得られることを特徴とするポリイミドに関するものである。
1−1:化学式2で表される化合物の合成
メタノール200mlにフマル酸14.5(125mmol)を混合し、ここに濃い硫酸5mlを添加した後、100℃で1時間還流させた。前記還流物を冷却槽で冷却し、10%の炭酸ナトリウム200gで中和させて白色沈殿物を生成させた。前記生成された沈殿物を濾過し、水で洗浄した後、真空オーブンにて50℃で12時間乾燥させ、化学式2で表される化合物16.6gを得た(収率92%)。前記化学式2で表される化合物の製造方法は、Carr G.等が報告した方法(Carr G., Williams D. E., D1´az-Marrero A. R., Patrick B. O., Bottriell H., Balgi A. D., Donohue E., Roberge M., and Andersen R. J., J. Nat. Prod. 2010, 73, 422)に基づいて行ったのである。
実施例1−1で得られた化学式2で表される化合物14.4g(0.1mol)とピペラジン4.3g(0.05mol)を1,4−ジオキサン100mlに添加した後、16時間還流させ、前記還流物を冷却して沈殿物を生成した。前記生成された沈殿物を濾過し、濃縮させる過程を繰り返し行った後、真空オーブンで12時間乾燥させ、無色固体の化学式3で表される化合物15.3gを得た(収率82%)。

1−3:化学式4で表される化合物の合成
実施例1−2で得られた化学式3で表される化合物11.2g(0.03mol)を500mlの丸底フラスコに投入した後、2N水酸化カリウム120ml(0.24mol)とメタノール120mlを混合した。前記混合物を60℃で加熱して溶解した後、同一温度で3時間さらに加熱した。前記混合物に濃い塩酸を加えてpH3.8に調整した後、30分間常温で撹拌して沈殿物を生成させ、前記生成した沈殿物を濾過した後、水で洗浄した。前記洗浄された沈殿物を24時間真空オーブンで乾燥させ、1:1の比率で水とメタノールが混合された混合物2,000mlに再結晶させた後、化学式4で表される化合物8.7gを得た(収率92%)。前記得られた化学式4で表される化合物は、一般的な有機溶媒と水に溶解されないから、NMRサンプルを作るために、固体水酸化カリウムの溶解されている重水(D2O)に化学式4で表される化合物を混合してNMRの測定に使用した。

1−4:化学式1で表される脂肪族無水物化合物の合成
実施例1−3で得られた化学式4で表される化合物5.4g(17mmol)、ピリジン3.18g(35.7mmol)および無水酢酸3.6g(35.7mol)を、凝縮器と磁石撹拌器が取り付けられた50mlのフラスコに投入して60℃で24時間反応させた。反応完了の後、反応物を冷却し、濾過した。前記濾過された濾過物を無水酢酸200mlと精製されたジエチルエーテル200mlで洗浄して真空状態のオーブンにて40℃で乾燥させた後、無水酢酸100mlで再結晶を行い、化学式1で表される化合物2.9gを得た(収率60%)。

- 前記(a)段階の反応はマイケル付加反応であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の酸二無水物の製造方法。
- 前記(a)段階において、化学式2で表される化合物とピペラジンのモル比は1:0.45〜1:0.55であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の酸二無水物の製造方法。
- 前記(b)段階の塩基触媒は、水酸化カリウム、水酸化ナトリウム、水酸化バリウム、水酸化カルシウム、水酸化アルミニウムおよび水酸化マグネシウムよりなる群から選ばれる1種以上であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の酸二無水物の製造方法。
- 前記(b)段階の加水分解は40〜120℃で1〜6時間行うことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の酸二無水物の製造方法。
- 前記(c)段階の脱水剤は、無水酢酸、ピリジン、イソキノリン、および第3級アミンよりなる群から選ばれる1種以上であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の酸二無水物の製造方法。
- 前記(c)段階の脱水閉環反応は40〜100℃で4〜28時間行うことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の酸二無水物の製造方法。
