Description
図1は、本発明の一実施形態に係る光学素子の位置情報を検出するためのレーザセンサの行方式のスキャンのグラフである。レーザセンサは、光学素子の正確な位置を検出する。このグラフのx−軸はレーザセンサの位置、y−軸は測定物体である光学素子までの測定深さである。グラフにおいて、dは光学素子からレーザセンサまでの測定間隔である。測定過程で検出された光学素子(例:図1の場合、レンチキュラーレンズ)の境界(g)は、制御パラメータを計算するための位置情報として利用される。
1.先ず、適当な支持体にレンズやバリアとして光学素子を形成する。
2.次に、支持体の裏面に第1導体パターンを付着する。このとき、光学センサが光学素子の正確な位置を検出し、位置情報によって自動立体ディスプレイ製造過程が制御される。
3.次に、カラーピクセルRGB、RGBW、または他のレイアウトが導体に形成される。この段階も同様に、所定の位置情報によって制御される。
4.最後に、必要であれば追加導体がサブピクセル構造に形成される。この段階も、所定の位置情報または位置情報で計算された制御パラメータによって制御される。
Claims (3)
- 画像形成ユニットの基板として用いられる光学素子を備え、3つ以上の視点を有し、複数の人々が同時に見ることのできる、3次元映像を見るための自動立体ディスプレイの製造方法であって、以下の段階、すなわち
平坦な支持体に形成された光学素子を準備する段階、
光学センサ装置を利用して、前記光学素子の位置情報、すなわち前記光学素子の正確な位置を記述する情報、を決定する段階、
前記光学素子の位置情報に基づいて、前記光学素子の裏面、すなわち、前記自動立体ディスプレイの観察者とは反対側の前記光学素子の面に、前記画像形成ユニットを形成する際に用いる制御パラメータを計算する段階、および
前記光学素子の裏面に、前記光学素子を基板として用い、前記制御パラメータに基づいて前記画像形成ユニットを形成する段階、
を含み、
前記光学センサ装置は、
光源、およびカメラを用いた検出手段が使用され、前記光源は前記光学素子の前面を照らし、前記光学素子を通過した画像が前記光学素子の裏面でカメラを用いた検出手段によって取り込まれ、取り込まれた画像が前記光学素子の位置情報を決定するのに用いられるものであるか、もしくは
レーザセンサを備え、前記レーザセンサは前記レーザセンサから前記光学素子の表面までの距離を測定するのに用いられ、測定された距離は前記光学素子の位置情報を計算するのに用いられるものであり、
前記画像形成ユニットは、複数の独立した発光画素を備え、前記発光画素のそれぞれが、所定の色系列のうちのある色、または3次元映像の物体のエッジ情報を表すグレー値を有する明暗情報を表現することによって、人間の脳の3次元立体映像の認識を容易にすること、を特徴とする自動立体ディスプレイの製造方法。 - 前記光学素子としてレンチキュラーレンズ構造、すなわち、断面が半円形の細長い凸レンズが複数平行に並んだ輪郭構造の光学素子が使用されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の自動立体ディスプレイの製造方法。
- 前記光学素子としてパララックスバリア構造、すなわち、バリア要素が好ましくない視点を遮り、見る人が空間の印象を知覚するのに必要な視点だけを見えるようにする構造の光学素子が使用されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の自動立体ディスプレイの製造方法。
