Description
[適用例2]本適用例にかかるシート製造装置は、少なくとも植物繊維と熱可塑性樹脂とを空気中で堆積させたウエブを形成するウエブ形成部と、前記熱可塑性樹脂を溶融させることなく前記ウエブを加圧する加圧部と、前記加圧部よりも前記ウエブの搬送方向の下流で前記ウエブを加熱加圧する加熱加圧部と、を有し、前記加圧部の加圧力は前記加熱加圧部の加圧力より大きいことを特徴とする。
[適用例7]本適用例にかかるシート製造方法は、少なくとも植物繊維と熱可塑性樹脂とを空気中で堆積させたウエブを形成するウエブ形成工程と、前記熱可塑性樹脂を溶融させることなく前記ウエブを加圧する加圧工程と、前記加圧工程の後に前記ウエブを加熱加圧する加熱工程と、を含み、前記加圧工程での加圧力は前記加熱加圧工程での加圧力より大きいことを特徴とする。
Claims (7)
- 少なくとも植物繊維と熱可塑性樹脂とを空気中で堆積させたウエブを形成するウエブ形成部と、
前記ウエブを加熱せずに加圧する加圧部と、
前記加圧部よりも前記ウエブの搬送方向の下流で前記ウエブを加熱加圧する加熱加圧部と、を有し、
前記加圧部の加圧力は前記加熱加圧部の加圧力より大きいことを特徴とするシート製造装置。 - 少なくとも植物繊維と熱可塑性樹脂とを空気中で堆積させたウエブを形成するウエブ形成部と、
前記熱可塑性樹脂を溶融させることなく前記ウエブを加圧する加圧部と、
前記加圧部よりも前記ウエブの搬送方向の下流で前記ウエブを加熱加圧する加熱加圧部と、を有し、
前記加圧部の加圧力は前記加熱加圧部の加圧力より大きいことを特徴とするシート製造装置。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載のシート製造装置において、
前記加圧部は1対のローラーで前記ウエブを挟み込むことにより加圧する少なくとも1対の加圧ローラーを有し、
前記加熱加圧部が1対のローラーで前記ウエブを挟み込むことにより加熱加圧する少なくとも1対の加熱加圧ローラーを有することを特徴とするシート製造装置。 - 請求項3に記載のシート製造装置において、
前記加熱加圧ローラーの径より前記加圧ローラーの径の方が大きいことを特徴とするシート製造装置。 - 請求項3または請求項4に記載のシート製造装置において、
前記加圧ローラーと前記加熱加圧ローラーとの間において前記ウエブが接触可能な部材は、前記ウエブを下方から支えることが可能なウエブ受け部材のみであることを特徴とするシート製造装置。 - 少なくとも植物繊維と熱可塑性樹脂とを空気中で堆積させたウエブを形成するウエブ形成工程と、
前記ウエブを加熱せずに加圧する加圧工程と、
前記加圧工程の後に前記ウエブを加熱加圧する加熱工程と、を含み、
前記加圧工程での加圧力は前記加熱加圧工程での加圧力より大きいことを特徴とするシート製造方法。 - 少なくとも植物繊維と熱可塑性樹脂とを空気中で堆積させたウエブを形成するウエブ形成工程と、
前記熱可塑性樹脂を溶融させることなく前記ウエブを加圧する加圧工程と、
前記加圧工程の後に前記ウエブを加熱加圧する加熱工程と、を含み、
前記加圧工程での加圧力は前記加熱加圧工程での加圧力より大きいことを特徴とするシート製造方法。
