Claims (4)
- 少なくとも繊維を含む原料を空気中で粗砕して細片にする粗砕部と、
少なくとも前記細片を空気中で解繊して解繊物にする解繊部と、
前記解繊物を、複数の開口を通過する通過物と、通過しない残留物とに選別する選別部と、
前記残留物を前記解繊部に搬送する第1の搬送路と、
前記通過物を用いてシートを成形する成形部と、
を備えたシート製造装置であって、
前記解繊部で単位時間あたりに解繊処理される量である解繊処理量は、前記粗砕部で単位時間あたりに粗砕処理される量である粗砕処理量よりも大きいことを特徴とするシート製造装置。 - 請求項1に記載のシート製造装置において、
前記第1の搬送路を単位時間あたりに通過する通過量と前記粗砕処理量との和よりも前記解繊処理量の方が大きいもしくは同じであることを特徴とするシート製造装置。 - 少なくとも繊維を含む原料を空気中で粗砕して細片にする粗砕部と、
少なくとも前記細片を空気中で解繊して解繊物にする解繊部と、
前記解繊物を用いてシートを成形する成形部と、
前記シートを切断する切断部と、
前記切断部で切断した際に発生する端材を前記解繊部に搬送する第2の搬送路と、
を備えたシート製造装置であって、
前記解繊部で単位時間あたりに解繊処理される量である解繊処理量は、前記粗砕部で単位時間あたりに粗砕処理される量である粗砕処理量よりも大きいことを特徴とするシート製造装置。 - 請求項3に記載のシート製造装置において、
前記第2の搬送路を単位時間あたりに通過する通過量と前記粗砕処理量との和よりも前記解繊処理量の方が大きいもしくは同じであることを特徴とするシート製造装置。
