Description
また、前述した構成によれば、シフト位置が前進位置に切り換えられたときに実行される第1接続動作で用いられる変速段として、第1変速段群から、発進用の変速段による変速比よりも大きい(減速側)変速比の変速段が選択される。これにより、第1ギヤ機構によるトルクの増大度合は、第2ギヤ機構のそれよりも大きくなる。また、駆動輪に要求される要求トルクが、要求トルク算出手段によって算出される。
さらに、シフト位置が前進位置に切り換えられ、かつ、運転者による車両の発進要求が有ると判定された場合において、第1及び第2接続動作が完了しているときには、算出された要求トルクに基づいて、第1及び第2クラッチの一方が選択され、選択された一方のクラッチが締結されるとともに、他方のクラッチが解放される。これにより、車両の発進時、選択された一方のクラッチに対応する第1及び第2ギヤ機構の一方を用いて、原動機のトルクを、要求トルクに見合うように増大させた状態で、駆動輪に伝達することができる。
(a)ブレーキペダルが踏み込まれておらず、それにより、ブレーキスイッチ67がOFF信号を出力していること。
(b)アクセルペダルが踏み込まれており、それにより、アクセル開度APが値0よりも大きいこと。

Claims (2)
- 原動機の動力を段階的に変速した状態で車両の駆動輪に伝達するための自動変速装置であって、
前記原動機及び前記駆動輪に連結され、前記原動機の動力を、複数の変速段から成る第1変速段群のうちの1つの変速段による変速比で変速した状態で前記駆動輪に伝達するための第1ギヤ機構と、
締結/解放により、前記原動機と前記第1ギヤ機構の間を接続/遮断するための第1クラッチと、
前記第1ギヤ機構と並列に設けられるとともに、前記原動機及び前記駆動輪に連結され、前記原動機の動力を、複数の変速段から成る第2変速段群のうちの1つの変速段による変速比で変速した状態で前記駆動輪に伝達するための第2ギヤ機構と、
締結/解放により、前記原動機と前記第2ギヤ機構の間を接続/遮断するための第2クラッチと、
前記第1及び第2クラッチを制御するための制御手段と、
前記第1及び第2ギヤ機構に設けられ、前記第1変速段群から1つの変速段を選択するとともに、当該選択された1つの変速段による前記第1ギヤ機構から前記駆動輪への動力の伝達を接続するための第1接続動作と、当該動力の伝達を遮断するための第1遮断動作と、前記第2変速段群から1つの変速段を選択するとともに、当該選択された1つの変速段による前記第2ギヤ機構から前記駆動輪への動力の伝達を接続するための第2接続動作と、当該動力の伝達を遮断するための第2遮断動作と、を実行可能な断接装置と、
前記車両の運転者によって、前記車両の停止用の非走行位置及び前記車両の前進用の前進位置を含む複数のシフト位置の1つに選択的に操作されるシフトレバーのシフト位置を検出するシフト位置検出手段と、
運転者による前記車両の発進の要求の有無を判定する判定手段と、
前記駆動輪に要求される要求トルクを算出する要求トルク算出手段と、を備え、
前記検出されたシフト位置が前記非走行位置にあるときに、前記制御手段は、前記第1及び第2クラッチを解放し、
その後、前記シフト位置が前記非走行位置から前記前進位置に切り換えられたときに、前記断接装置は、前記第1及び第2接続動作を実行し、当該第2接続動作において、前記第2変速段群から前記車両を発進させるための所定の発進用の変速段を選択し、前記第1接続動作で用いられる変速段として、前記第1変速段群から、前記発進用の変速段による変速比よりも大きい変速比の変速段を選択し、
前記制御手段は、
前記シフト位置が前記前進位置に切り換えられ、かつ、運転者による前記車両の発進要求が無いと判定されている場合において、前記第1及び第2接続動作の双方が完了したときに、前記第1及び第2クラッチの締結を許可し、
前記シフト位置が前記前進位置に切り換えられ、かつ、運転者による前記車両の発進要求が有ると判定された場合において、前記第1及び第2接続動作が完了しているときには、前記算出された要求トルクに基づいて、前記第1及び第2クラッチの一方を選択し、締結するとともに、他方のクラッチを解放することを特徴とする自動変速装置。 - 前記第1及び第2クラッチは、潤滑油を用いた湿式クラッチで構成されており、
前記第1及び第2クラッチに潤滑油を供給するとともに、当該潤滑油の供給量である潤滑油供給量を変更可能な潤滑油供給装置をさらに備え、
当該潤滑油供給装置は、
前記潤滑油供給量を、前記第1及び第2クラッチの一方が締結されるときには、第1所定量に設定し、前記第1及び第2クラッチの双方が解放されているときには、前記第1所定量よりも小さな第2所定量に設定することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の自動変速装置。
