Description
また、出力回転数Noutは、第2クラッチC2を介すことで、入力回転数Ninより回転数が小さくなる第2入力軸12の回転数であり、既存の速度センサなどを用いることができる。この第2クラッチ出力回転数センサ24は、第2入力軸12に設ける以外に、補助段G3のギア比を考慮すれば、出力軸3に設けることもできる。
止していると判断すると、次に、発進段DG2と補助段SG3とをそれぞれ第2入力軸12又は第1入力軸11に同期係合するステップS2を行う。このステップS2ではECU20は同期係合機構22を動作させて、カップリングスリーブS2とカップリングスリーブS3とを揺動して、発進段DG2と補助段SG3を同期係合する。

Claims (3)
- 少なくとも第1クラッチと結合する第1入力軸と第2クラッチと結合する第2入力軸とを備え、前記第1入力軸及び前記第2入力軸と、出力軸との間にそれぞれ奇数段と偶数段の歯車段を一段おきに配置し、
動力源から前記出力軸への動力の伝達を開始するときに、発進用の歯車段である発進段を前記第2入力軸に同期係合させると共に、前記第2入力軸に前記第2クラッチを結合させて動力の伝達を開始するデュアルクラッチ式変速機の制御方法において、
前記動力源から前記出力軸への動力の伝達を開始し、前記第1クラッチを完断状態かつ前記第2クラッチを半結合状態とし、前記発進段を同期係合した前記第2入力軸に前記第2クラッチを半結合させる間に、前記第2クラッチへ入力される回転数から、前記第2クラッチから出力される前記第2入力軸の回転数を減じて得られたクラッチ回転数の差が予め定めたクラッチ回転数差設定値を下回るか否かを判定し、
前記クラッチ回転数の差が前記クラッチ回転数差設定値以上の場合に、前記第2クラッチの吸収エネルギを算出し、
前記吸収エネルギが予め定めたエネルギ設定値を超えたか否かを判定し、
前記吸収エネルギが前記エネルギ設定値を超えたときに、前記第2クラッチを半結合に維持した状態で、前記発進段よりも一段以上高い歯車比を有した補助段を同期係合した前記第1入力軸に前記第1クラッチを半結合して、前記第2クラッチ及び前記第1クラッチの両方でトルクを伝達し、
前記吸収エネルギが前記エネルギ設定値以下のときに、前記第1クラッチを完断に維持すると共に前記第2クラッチを半結合に維持した状態で、前記第2クラッチでトルクを伝達し、
トルクの伝達により前記クラッチ回転数の差が前記クラッチ回転数差設定値を下回った場合に、前記第1クラッチを完断すると共に前記第2クラッチを完接することを特徴とするデュアルクラッチ式変速機の制御方法。 - 少なくとも第1クラッチと結合する第1入力軸と第2クラッチと結合する第2入力軸とを備え、前記第1入力軸及び前記第2入力軸と、出力軸との間にそれぞれ奇数段と偶数段の歯車段を一段おきに配置し、
動力源から前記出力軸への動力の伝達を開始するときに、発進用の歯車段である発進段を前記第2入力軸に同期係合させると共に、前記第2入力軸に前記第2クラッチを結合さ
せて動力の伝達を開始するデュアルクラッチ式変速機において、
前記発進段よりも一段以上高い歯車比を有している補助段と、前記第2クラッチへ入力される回転数を検出する入力回転数センサと、前記第2クラッチから出力される前記第2入力軸の回転数を検出する出力回転数センサと、制御装置とを備え、
前記制御装置に、前記動力源から前記出力軸への動力の伝達を開始し、前記第1クラッチを完断状態かつ前記第2クラッチを半結合状態とする手段と、
前記第2クラッチへ入力される回転数から、前記第2クラッチから出力される前記第2入力軸の回転数を減じて得られたクラッチ回転数の差が予め定めたクラッチ回転数差設定値を下回るか否かを判定する手段と、
前記クラッチ回転数の差が前記クラッチ回転数差設定値以上の場合に、前記第2クラッチの吸収エネルギを算出する手段と、
前記吸収エネルギが予め定めたエネルギ設定値を超えた場合に、前記第2クラッチを半結合に維持した状態で、前記補助段を同期係合した前記第1入力軸に前記第1クラッチを半結合させて、前記第2クラッチ及び前記第1クラッチの両方でトルクを伝達する手段と、
前記吸収エネルギが前記エネルギ設定値以下のときに、前記第1クラッチを完断に維持すると共に前記第2クラッチを半結合に維持した状態で、前記第2クラッチでトルクを伝達する手段と、
トルクの伝達により前記クラッチ回転数の差が前記クラッチ回転数差設定値を下回った場合に、前記第1クラッチを完断すると共に前記第2クラッチを完接する手段とを備えたことを特徴とするデュアルクラッチ式変速機。 - 請求項2に記載のデュアルクラッチ式変速機を搭載した車両。
