Description
ドグクラッチ31で遊星歯車機構Pのリングギヤ29をケーシング32に結合した状態で第1クラッチC1を係合すると、エンジンEの駆動力はクランクシャフト16→第1クラッチC1→第1入力軸11→サンギヤ27→キャリヤ28→3速駆動ギヤ20→2速−3速従動ギヤ24→出力軸13の経路でファイナル駆動ギヤ26に伝達され、1速変速段が確立する。このとき、第1入力軸11の回転は遊星歯車機構Pで減速されて3速駆動ギヤ20に伝達されるため、3速駆動ギヤ20を用いながら、3速変速段よりも高レシオの1速変速段を確立することができる。
2速−4速シンクロ装置S2で2速駆動ギヤ22を第2入力軸12に結合した状態で第2クラッチC2を係合すると、エンジンEの駆動力はクランクシャフト16→第2クラッチC2→アイドル駆動ギヤ17→第1アイドル従動ギヤ18→第2アイドル従動ギヤ19→第2入力軸12→2速−4速シンクロ装置S2→2速駆動ギヤ22→2速−3速従動ギヤ24→出力軸13の経路でファイナル駆動ギヤ26に伝達され、2速変速段が確立する。
3速−5速シンクロ装置S1で3速駆動ギヤ20を第1入力軸11に結合した状態で第1クラッチC1を係合すると、エンジンEの駆動力はクランクシャフト16→第1クラッチC1→第1入力軸11→3速−5速シンクロ装置S1→3速駆動ギヤ20→2速−3速従動ギヤ24→出力軸13の経路でファイナル駆動ギヤ26に伝達され、3速変速段が確立する。
2速−4速シンクロ装置S2で4速駆動ギヤ23を第2入力軸12に結合した状態で第2クラッチC2を係合すると、エンジンEの駆動力はクランクシャフト16→第2クラッチC2→アイドル駆動ギヤ17→第1アイドル従動ギヤ18→第2アイドル従動ギヤ19→第2入力軸12→2速−4速シンクロ装置S2→4速駆動ギヤ23→4速−5速従動ギヤ25→出力軸13の経路でファイナル駆動ギヤ26に伝達され、4速変速段が確立する。
3速−5速シンクロ装置S1で5速駆動ギヤ21を第1入力軸11に結合した状態で第1クラッチC1を係合すると、エンジンEの駆動力はクランクシャフト16→第1クラッチC1→第1入力軸11→3速−5速シンクロ装置S1→5速駆動ギヤ21→4速−5速従動ギヤ25→出力軸13の経路でファイナル駆動ギヤ26に伝達され、5速変速段が確立する。
リバースシンクロ装置S3でリバース駆動ギヤ36をリバース軸15に結合し、ドグクラッチ31で遊星歯車機構Pのリングギヤ29をケーシング32に結合した状態で第2クラッチC2を係合すると、エンジンEの駆動力はクランクシャフト16→第2クラッチC2→アイドル駆動ギヤ17→第1アイドル従動ギヤ18→第3アイドル従動ギヤ35→リバース軸15→リバースシンクロ装置S3→リバース駆動ギヤ36→リバース従動ギヤ37の経路で第1入力軸11に逆回転となって伝達され、第1入力軸11からサンギヤ27→キャリヤ28→3速駆動ギヤ20→2速−3速従動ギヤ24→出力軸13の経路でファイナル駆動ギヤ26に伝達され、リバース変速段が確立する。

Claims (2)
- トランスミッション(T)の入力軸(11)にエンジン(E)の駆動力がクラッチ(C1)を介して伝達されるとともに前記入力軸(11)にモータ・ジェネレータ(MG)の駆動力が伝達されるハイブリッド車両において、
前記エンジン(E)を停止させて前記モータ・ジェネレータ(MG)による走行中に運転者の減速意思が検出されたとき、前記クラッチ(C1)を係合して前記エンジン(E)を始動した後に該クラッチ(C1)を係合解除し、
駆動輪から逆伝達される駆動力による入力軸回転数である基準回転数に対して始動後のエンジン回転数が低い場合には、エンジン回転数を前記基準回転数よりも低い目標回転数に向けて上昇させ、エンジン回転数が前記目標回転数に達したときに前記エンジン(E)の出力を低下させるとともに前記クラッチ(C1)を再係合し、
前記運転者の減速意思が検出されたときの車速が大きいほど、前記基準回転数に対する前記目標回転数の差分を大きく設定することを特徴とするハイブリッド車両におけるエンジン始動制御装置。 - 前記運転者の減速意思が検出されるのは、走行レンジを低速側に変更したとき、変速段を低速側に変更したとき、スポーツ志向スイッチをオンしたとき、経済性重視スイッチをオフしたときの何れかであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両におけるエンジン始動制御装置。
