Claims (4)
- 車体を弾性支持する懸架ばねと、上記懸架ばねの一方側端部を支えるばね受けと、作動流体が充填されて上記ばね受けを支えるジャッキ室と、上記ジャッキ室に作動流体を給排し上記ばね受けを昇降させる流体圧駆動ユニットとを備えており、
上記流体圧駆動ユニットは、第一流路及び第二流路と、上記第一流路或いは上記第二流路に選択的に作動流体を供給するポンプと、上記ポンプから作動流体の供給を受けてない上記第一流路或いは上記第二流路に接続されるタンクとを備える車高昇降装置において、
上記第一流路と上記ジャッキ室を連通するジャッキ流路と、
上記ジャッキ流路を開閉可能に塞ぐ弁体と、
上記ジャッキ流路の連通を遮断する方向に上記弁体を附勢するばねと、
上記弁体に上記ジャッキ流路を開放させるように上記第二流路の圧力を作用させるパイロットラインとを備え、
上記弁体に上記ジャッキ流路を開放させるように上記ジャッキ室の圧力を作用させている
ことを特徴とする車高昇降装置。 - 車体を弾性支持する懸架ばねと、上記懸架ばねの一方側端部を支えるばね受けと、作動流体が充填されて上記ばね受けを支えるジャッキ室と、上記ジャッキ室に作動流体を給排し上記ばね受けを昇降させる流体圧駆動ユニットとを備えており、
上記流体圧駆動ユニットは、第一流路及び第二流路と、上記第一流路或いは上記第二流路に選択的に作動流体を供給するポンプと、上記ポンプから作動流体の供給を受けてない上記第一流路或いは上記第二流路に接続されるタンクとを備える車高昇降装置において、
上記第一流路と上記ジャッキ室を連通するジャッキ流路と、
上記ジャッキ流路を開閉可能に塞ぐ弁体と、
上記ジャッキ流路の連通を遮断する方向に上記弁体を附勢するばねと、
上記弁体に上記ジャッキ流路を開放させるように上記第二流路の圧力を作用させるパイロットラインと、
上記ポンプから作動流体の供給を受けてない上記第一流路或いは上記第二流路を上記タンクに接続する切換え弁と、
上記第一流路の途中に設けられて上記第一流路から上記ポンプ側へ向かう作動流体の流れを許容するが反対方向の流れを阻止する第一チェック弁と、上記第二流路の途中に設けられて上記第二流路から上記ポンプ側へ向かう作動流体の流れを許容するが反対方向の流れを阻止する第二チェック弁と、上記第二チェック弁を開弁させるように上記第一流路の圧力を作用させる第一パイロットラインと、上記第一チェック弁を開弁させるように上記第二流路の圧力を作用させる第二パイロットラインとを有するオペレートチェック弁とを備える
ことを特徴とする車高昇降装置。 - 上記流体圧駆動ユニットに外付けされて上記ジャッキ流路と上記パイロットラインが形成されるとともに、内部に上記弁体を収容する容室が形成されるケースを備えている
ことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の車高昇降装置。 - 上記容室は、小径な小径室と、上記小径室に連なり上記小径室よりも大径な大径室とを備え、
上記小径室は、上記ジャッキ流路の途中に連なるとともに、
上記大径室は、上記パイロットラインの終端に連なっており、
上記弁体は、上記小径室の第一流路側開口を開閉可能に塞ぐ頭部と、上記ケースの内周面に摺接し上記小径室に上記ジャッキ室と常に連通する第一室を区画する第一ピストン部と、上記ケースの内周面に摺接し上記大径室に上記第二流路と常に連通する第二室を区画する第二ピストン部とを備えており、
上記ばねは、上記大径室における上記第二ピストン部の反頭部側に収容されている
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の車高昇降装置。
