Description
前記片ロッド複動シリンダのボトム側ポートと前記一対のオペレートチェック弁の前記ボトム側ポートに対応したボトム側オペレートチェック弁とを連結するボトム側管路から、前記片ロッド複動シリンダのロッド側ポートと前記一対のオペレートチェック弁の前記ロッド側ポートに対応したロッド側オペレートチェック弁とを連結するロッド側管路へ作動流体を逃がす第1過負荷リリーフ弁を設け、前記ロッド側管路から前記タンクへ作動流体を逃がす第2過負荷リリーフ弁を設け、前記ボトム側管路に前記タンクからの作動流体の流入を許容する負圧防止用チェック弁を設けたことを特徴とする。

Claims (4)
- 独立して被駆動体に流体圧による駆動力を与える流体圧駆動ユニットであって、
前記ユニットで用いられる作動流体を正逆双方向に圧送する流体圧ポンプと、この作動流体により作動する片ロッド複動シリンダと、この作動流体を貯留するタンクと、前記流体圧ポンプと前記片ロッド複動シリンダとの間に介在し該両者間の作動流体の正逆双方向の流れを制御する一対のオペレートチェック弁と、前記流体圧ポンプと前記タンクとの間に介在し該両者間の正逆双方向の作動流体の流れを制御する切換弁とを備え、
前記片ロッド複動シリンダのボトム側ポートと前記一対のオペレートチェック弁の前記ボトム側ポートに対応したボトム側オペレートチェック弁とを連結するボトム側管路から、前記片ロッド複動シリンダのロッド側ポートと前記一対のオペレートチェック弁の前記ロッド側ポートに対応したロッド側オペレートチェック弁とを連結するロッド側管路へ作動流体を逃がす第1過負荷リリーフ弁を設け、前記ロッド側管路から前記タンクへ作動流体を逃がす第2過負荷リリーフ弁を設け、
前記ボトム側管路に前記タンクからの作動流体の流入を許容する負圧防止用チェック弁を設けたことを特徴とする流体圧駆動ユニット。 - 第1過負荷リリーフ弁を第2過負荷リリーフ弁に比べてより設定圧の大きいものとしたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の流体圧駆動ユニット。
- 車両の前方に着脱可能に装着される除雪ユニットであって、
請求項1または2記載の流体圧駆動ユニットの流体圧アクチュエータを、前記除雪ユニットの雪かきブレードの垂直軸回りの角度調整に用いたことを特徴とする除雪ユニット。 - ボトム側管路の第1過負荷リリーフ弁と片ロッド複動シリンダとの間に上下位置調整用切換弁を設け、この上下位置調整用切換弁の一方の出力ポートを雪かきブレードの上下位置調整に利用可能としたことを特徴とする請求項3記載の除雪ユニット。
