Description
量的には少なくなるが、セルロースII型粉末も得ることができる。ここでは、繊維性粉末に加えて球状粉末を得ることができる。これらの粉末は、好適な析出剤に溶解したセルロースを析出させることによって主に作製される。10μm未満のサイズ範囲の球状セルロース粉末は、作製により多くの労力を要するため、市販されているものを見つけることは困難である。
・セルロースを溶解させてセルロースを含有するスピニング溶液を得る工程
・上記セルロースを含有する溶液を押出す工程
・セルロースを析出させ、それによってセルロース繊維を得る工程
・析出させたセルロース繊維を切断する工程
・切断したセルロース繊維を懸濁させる工程
・懸濁させたセルロース繊維を粉砕する工程
ここで、セルロースの溶解から懸濁させたセルロース繊維の粉砕までの間、セルロース系物質は決して乾燥されることがない。
第一のバリエーションでは、最初に繊維は懸濁されるのみであり、そのサイズはほとんど変化しない。最後に、これを粉砕工程において所望の最終サイズまで分解する。
項1 セルロースを溶解してセルロースを含有するスピニング溶液を得ること、セルロースを含有する前記の溶液を押出すこと、前記のセルロースを析出させ、それによってセルロース繊維を得ること、前記の析出させたセルロース繊維を切断すること、前記の切断したセルロース繊維を懸濁させること、および前記の懸濁させたセルロース繊維を粉砕すること、によってセルロース系粒子の懸濁液を製造する方法であって、前記のセルロース系物質が、前記のセルロースの溶解から前記の懸濁させたセルロース繊維の粉砕までの間に決して乾燥されることがないことを特徴とする、製造方法。
項2 前記のセルロース系物質が、常に、50%以上、好ましくは100%以上、最も好ましくは150%以上の水分を含有する、項1に記載の製造方法。
項3 前記の繊維が懸濁と同時に粉砕される、項1または2に記載の製造方法。
項4 前記の繊維が、懸濁させる間に100μm〜600μmの範囲の長さに粉砕される、項3に記載の製造方法。
項5 前記の懸濁の後、前記の粉砕、好ましくは湿式グラインディングを、1〜5μmの粒子サイズまで行う、項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。
項6 前記の懸濁液が、湿式グラインディングの間、閉じたループ状に循環される、項1に記載の製造方法。
項7 前記の繊維が、前記の粉砕の後、湿式分級器によって分級される、請求項1に記載の製造方法。
項8 前記の粉砕が、前記の懸濁液中のセルロース含有量が0.1〜5.0重量パーセントである状態で行われる、項1に記載の製造方法。
項9 前記のセルロース系粒子の表面上、またはセルロース系粒子内部に保持される添加剤が添加される、項1に記載の製造方法。
項10 顔料、酸化チタン、特に準化学量論的酸化チタン、硫酸バリウム、イオン交換体、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリエステル、活性炭、活性石炭、ポリマー高吸収体、および難燃剤を含む群より選択される添加剤が、セルロース量に対して1〜200重量パーセントの量で、前記のセルロース溶液に析出の前に添加される、項1に記載の製造方法。
項11 0.1〜20重量パーセント、好ましくは0.1〜10重量パーセントのセルロース系粒子を含有する懸濁液であって、前記のセルロース系粒子がその作製の間、決して乾燥されることがなかったことを特徴とする、懸濁液。

項13 前記の懸濁液中に含有される前記のセルロース系粒子が、顔料、酸化チタン、特に準化学量論的酸化チタン、硫酸バリウム、イオン交換体、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリエステル、活性炭、ポリマー高吸収体、および難燃剤を含む群より選択される取り込まれた添加剤を、セルロース量に対して1〜200重量パーセントの量で含有する、項11に記載の懸濁液。
項14 水分含有量が80〜99.9重量パーセントであるセルロース系粒子であって、その作製の間、決して乾燥されることがなかったことを特徴とする、セルロース系粒子。
項15 前記の粒子が、高い割合の添加剤を含有する、項14に記載の粒子。
項16 前記の粒子が、顔料、酸化チタン、特に準化学量論的酸化チタン、硫酸バリウム、イオン交換体、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリエステル、活性炭、ポリマー高吸収体、および難燃剤を含む群より選択される取り込まれた添加剤を、セルロース量に対して1〜200重量パーセントの量で含有する、項14に記載の粒子。
Claims (1)
- セルロースを溶解してセルロースを含有するスピニング溶液を得ること、セルロースを含有する前記の溶液を押出すこと、前記のセルロースを析出させ、それによってセルロース繊維のケーブルを得ること、前記の析出させたセルロース繊維のケーブルを切断すること、前記の切断したセルロース繊維を懸濁させること、および前記の懸濁させたセルロース繊維を湿式グラインディングによって粉砕すること、による製造方法で製造された懸濁液であって、前記製造方法において、セルロース系物質が、前記のセルロースの溶解から前記の懸濁させたセルロース繊維の粉砕までの間に決して乾燥されることがなく、前記湿式グラインディングの終了時において、1〜5μmの長さおよび100〜500nmの直径を有するフィブリドを、1.1〜5重量パーセント含む、懸濁液。
