Claims (9)
- 雌型コネクタと雄型コネクタを係脱自在に接続させる電気コネクタであって、
前記雄型コネクタには、雄タブが設けられ、
前記雌型コネクタには、前記雄タブを挿入させるハウジング部が設けられ、
前記ハウジング部には、前記雄タブを挟持するためのばね状の接触片とビート片が設けられ、
前記接触片および前記ビート片の少なくとも一方には、前記ハウジング部に挿入された前記雄タブに向かって突出する突出部が設けられ、
前記突出部は、前記ハウジング部に挿入された前記雄タブに接触する接触部分と、前記接触部分の周囲に設けられた側壁部分を有し、
前記接触部分は、平面視で、前記ハウジング部に挿入される際の前記雄タブの進行方向と逆向きに突出する逆方向側頂部と、前記雄タブの進行方向と交差する方向に突出する一対の交差側頂部を有し、
前記逆方向側頂部は平面視において尖っており、
前記接触部分の周縁の形状が、前記逆方向側頂部と前記交差側頂部の間において、前記逆方向側頂部と前記交差側頂部を結ぶ直線よりも前記接触部分の中央側に凹んでいる、電気コネクタ。 - 前記接触部分は、平面視で、前記ハウジング部に挿入される際の前記雄タブの進行方向と同じ向きに突出する進行方向側頂部を更に有し、
前記進行方向側頂部は平面視において尖っており、
前記接触部分の周縁の形状が、前記進行方向側頂部と前記交差側頂部の間において、前記進行方向側頂部と前記交差側頂部を結ぶ直線よりも前記接触部分の中央側に凹んでいる、請求項1に記載の電気コネクタ。 - 前記接触部分の周縁の形状が、複数の直線の組み合わせである、請求項1または2に記載の電気コネクタ。
- 前記接触部分の周縁の形状が、曲線である、請求項1または2に記載の電気コネクタ。
- 前記接触部分の周縁の形状が、曲線と直線の組み合わせである、請求項1または2に記載の電気コネクタ。
- 平面視で、前記逆方向側頂部の角度、および、前記交差側頂部の角度が、いずれも30°以下である、請求項1に記載の電気コネクタ。
- 平面視で、前記進行方向側頂部の角度が、30°以下である、請求項2に記載の電気コネクタ。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の電気コネクタを製造する方法であって、
前記突出部が、金型を用いたプレス加工によって形成される、電気コネクタの製造方法。 - 請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の電気コネクタを製造する方法であって、
前記突出部が、めっきで形成される、電気コネクタの製造方法。
