Description
炭化水素分解に必要な熱エネルギーの少なくとも一部を、反応空間の外部で製造されて反応領域に導入される一種以上の気相熱搬送物を用いて供給し、
(i)炭化水素の分解反応用の気相熱搬送物が不活性であるか、及び/又は炭化水素反応における生成物及び/又は反応物を構成するか、
又は(ii)気相熱搬送物が炭化水素流に接触しない、
ことを特徴とする製造方法によって実現される。

Claims (9)
- 炭化水素が反応空間に導入されて、該炭化水素が、炭素を豊富に含むペレットの存在下で炭素と水素に熱分解される、水素と一種以上の炭素質生成物を並行して製造する方法であって、
炭化水素分解に必要な熱エネルギーの少なくとも一部を一種以上の気相熱搬送物を用いて供給し、
前記熱エネルギーは前記反応空間の外部で生成され、
前記気相熱搬送物は加熱され、次いで前記反応空間に導入され、
その場合に、炭化水素の分解反応用の前記気相熱搬送物が不活性であるか、及び/又はこの炭化水素反応における生成物を構成し、
気相熱搬送物が、反応空間においてその熱を反応物に解放することを特徴とする製造方法。 - 炭化水素反応に対して不活性な気相熱搬送物、及び/又は炭化水素反応の生成物を構成する熱搬送物を、
炭化水素及び/又は水素の酸化又は部分酸化によって生成される高温ガスにより加熱する工程を有し、
空気及び/又は酸素を豊富に含有する空気及び/又は工業純度の酸素を酸化剤として使用する請求項1に記載の製造方法。 - 水素及び/又は窒素を気相熱搬送物として使用する請求項1又は2に記載の製造方法。
- 炭素を豊富に含むペレットが、80質量%以上の炭素を含み、0.1〜100mmの粒径を有する請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の製造方法。
- 炭素を豊富に含むペレットを、移動床又は流動床として反応空間に連続的に流す請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載の製造方法。
- 前記反応空間内の炭化水素分解で生成する水素を向流で移動床に導入し、それとともに直接熱交換で冷却される請求項5に記載の製造方法。
- 炭化水素を大気温度で反応空間に導入し、向流で移動床に導く請求項5又は6に記載の製造方法。
- 反応空間から取り出される炭素を豊富に含むペレットの一部を、反応空間にリサイクルする請求項1〜7の何れか1項に記載の製造方法。
- 炭素を豊富に含むペレットが、
褐色炭又は無煙炭及び/又はバイオマスで得られるコークスに基づく、コークス工場から得られるコークブリーズ及び/又は低品質コークスを含む請求項1〜8の何れか1項に記載の製造方法。
