Abstract

processo integrado e planta conjunta. a presente invenção se refere a um processo integrado contendo as seguintes etapas (i) pirólise de hidrocarbonetos em carbono e hidrogênio, (iia) remoção de pelo menos uma parte do carbono produzido na etapa (i) e, pelo menos parcialmente, processar posteriormente o referido carbono em um eletrodo contendo carbono, (iib) remoção do hidrogênio produzido na etapa (i) e, pelo menos parcialmente, usar o referido hidrogênio para fornecer energia, de preferência energia elétrica ou calor, para a produção de eletrodo na etapa (iia). além disso, a presente invenção se refere a uma planta conjunta contendo (a) pelo menos um reator para processo de pirólise, (b) pelo menos um reator para a produção de eletrodos para um processo de alumínio, (c) uma usina e/ou pelo menos um queimador a gás e, opcionalmente (d) pelo menos um reator para a eletrólise para produzir alumínio.
