一方、本発明の好ましい一実施例に係る中空繊維は、条件(5)として、
まず、鞘部を用意するために、鞘部に含まれるポリエステル系繊維形成成分としてポリエチレンテレフタルレートを290℃で溶融した。また、芯部を用意するために、テレフタル酸(TPA)とエチレングリコール(EG)化合物を1:1.2モル比に調節し、テレフタル酸(TPA)とスルホイソフタル酸ジメチルナトリウム塩(DMSIP)を総モル数に対して、スルホイソフタル酸ジメチルナトリウム塩を1.5モル%に調節した。触媒として、リチウムアセテートを、スルホイソフタル酸ジメチルナトリウム塩(DMSIP)100重量部に対して、10.0重量部混合し、250℃で1140トールの圧力下で、エステル化反応させて、エステル反応物を得た。その反応率は97.5%であった。形成されたエステル反応物を縮重合反応器に移送し、そこに、エステル反応物100重量部に対して、分子量6000のポリエチレングリコール(PEG)10.0重量部を添加した後、縮重合触媒として、三酸化アンチモン400ppmを投入し、最終圧力0.5Torrになるように、ゆっくり減圧しながら、285℃まで昇温し、縮重合反応を通して共重合体を製造した。
実施例1と同様に実施して製造しており、鞘部と芯部の重量比を、それぞれ60:40、50:50、40:60として複合紡糸後、下記表4のような延伸された複合繊維(SDY)、中空繊維(SDY)及び生地を製造した。
実施例1〜4とそれぞれ同様に実施して製造しており、フィラメント数が36であり、繊度が100デニールである下記表4のような延伸された複合繊維(SDY)、中空繊維(SDY)及び生地を製造した。
実施例3と同様に実施して製造しており、表4の条件の中偏心距離を2.14μmの代りにそれぞれ1.5μmとし、表5によるC型複合繊維、中空繊維及び生地を製造した。
実施例7と同様に実施して製造しており、表4の条件の中偏心距離を2.47μmの代りに1.5μmとし、表5によるC型複合繊維、中空繊維及び生地を製造した。
実施例4と同様に実施して製造しており、複合紡糸された複合繊維を延伸糸(SDY)でない下記表2の条件で、表5による繊度123デニール、36フィラメントの部分延伸された複合繊維(POY)で製造した。
実施例3と同様に実施して製造しており、鞘部にポリエチレンテレフタルレートの代りにナイロン6を250℃で溶融して、下記表3の条件で、表6による繊度75デニール36フィラメントリンナイロン延伸複合繊維、中空繊維(SDY)及び生地を製造した。
実施例1〜4と同様に実施して製造しており、芯部をテレフタル酸(TPA)、エチレングリコール(EG)及びスルホイソフタル酸ジメチルナトリウム塩(DMSIP)を含むエステル化反応物とポリアルキレングリコールを縮重合させた共重合体を含むポリエステル系溶出成分の代りにKB SEIREN社製のBellpureを275℃で溶融して、複合紡糸を通してC型複合繊維、中空繊維及び生地を製造した。
実施例1と同様に実施して製造しており、鞘部と芯部の重量比が70:30の代りにそれぞれ73:27、30:70とし、表7の条件による複合繊維、中空繊維及び生地を製造した。
実施例3と同様に実施して製造しており、スリット角度をそれぞれ17゜、37゜とし、表7の条件による複合繊維、中空繊維及び生地を製造した。
実施例3と同様に実施して製造しており、偏心距離(s)を1.3μmとし、表7の条件による複合繊維、中空繊維及び生地を製造した。
下記条件(1)〜(5)を満たすように製造された実施例1〜8、実施例11〜15及び比較例1〜4と下記条件(1)〜(4)を満たすように製造された実施例9、10と下記条件(1)〜(4)のいずれか一つを満たさないように製造された比較例5〜9のC型複合繊維、C型中空繊維及び生地に対して下記の物性を測定し、表4〜7に示した。
本発明で複合繊維及び中空繊維の強度及び伸度の測定は、自動引張試験機(Textechno社製)を使用して、50cm/minの速度、50cmのパージ距離を適用して測定した。強度と伸度は、繊維に一定の力を集中して切断されるまで、延伸させたときにかかった荷重をデニール(Denier;de)で分けた値(g/de)を強度、増えた長さに対する最初の長さを百分率で示した値(%)を伸度と定義した。
本発明で芯部の溶出時間の場合、C型複合繊維を常圧100℃で2重量%の水酸化ナトリウム水溶液に溶出させ、C型複合繊維に含まれた芯部重量に対比して芯部全量が溶出される時間を測定した。
本発明で芯部溶出性の場合、C型複合繊維を常圧100℃で2重量%の水酸化ナトリウム水溶液に18分間溶出させた後、溶出前の複合繊維重さと溶出後の重さを測定し、溶出性(%)=で計算した。同じ中空率を有するC型中空繊維で溶出性が高いほど軽量性及び保温性が高く、染色不良などの品質低下が少ない。
本発明で紡糸容易性は、C型複合繊維(延伸糸または半延伸糸)9kgドラムを満巻とし、紡糸したときの糸切れのないC型複合繊維の収率として計算され、収率が100〜95%であれば◎と、95〜90%であれば○と、90%未満のとき、×とそれぞれ区分した。
本発明で保温性の場合、試験生地50×50cmの試料を用意し、KS K 0560方法とKS K 0466方法に基づいて保温率を測定した。
生地の横1.76m、縦91.44mを製織する過程で発生される糸切れによる製織機の停止回数で評価した。
製造された生地の横1.76m、縦91.44mで染色不均一性を肉眼で官能評価し、染色不均一が発生しない場合を0、発生した場合その程度に応じて1〜5と評価した。
Claims (15)
- 前記鞘部は、ポリエステル系及びポリアミド系のいずれか一つ以上の繊維形成成分を含み、
前記芯部は、テレフタル酸(TPA)を含む酸性分、エチレングリコール(EG)を含むジオール成分及びスルホイソフタル酸ジメチルナトリウム塩(DMSIP)を含むエステル化反応物とポリアルキレングリコールを縮・重合させた共重合体を含むポリエステル系溶出成分を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のC型複合繊維。 - 前記芯部のポリエステル系溶出成分は、
1−1)テレフタル酸を含む酸性分及びエチレングリコールを含むジオール成分が、1:1.1〜2.0のモル比で含まれ、前記テレフタル酸を含む酸性分及びスルホイソフタル酸ジメチルナトリウム塩の総モル数に対して、スルホイソフタル酸ジメチルナトリウム塩を0.1〜3.0モル%で含んでエステル化反応物を製造するステップと、
1−2)前記エステル化反応物100重量部に対して、ポリアルキレングリコールを7〜14重量部を混合して、縮・重合を通して共重合体を製造するステップと、
