Claims (5)
- エンジン及び電動機を有するハイブリッド車両に設けられ、一軸心まわりに配設された外周歯と該外周歯に噛み合う内周歯との一方を有する第1部材と他方を有する第2部材とを備え、前記内周歯と前記外周歯とが互いに噛み合うことで前記第1部材と前記第2部材との前記一軸心まわりの相対回転が制限されており、前記第1部材と前記第2部材との相対回転の制限により前記電動機のトルクが駆動輪へ伝達される車両用動力伝達装置であって、
前記第1部材と前記第2部材とが前記外周歯と前記内周歯との周方向隙間に応じた範囲内で相対的に回動することに伴い、該第1部材と該第2部材との少なくとも一方に対し摩擦抵抗を生じつつ摺動する摺動部材を備え、
該摺動部材は環状の弾性体であり、
前記第2部材の軸端部は前記第1部材の軸端部に嵌め入れられてスプライン嵌合されており、
前記摺動部材は、前記第1部材と第2部材との間で前記一軸心方向に圧縮されるとともに、前記摺動部材の内周穴には前記第2部材の軸端部が圧入されており、前記電動機のトルクの大きさに応じて、前記第1部材に対し摺動する
ことを特徴とする車両用動力伝達装置。 - 前記摺動部材は、前記電動機が空転状態であるときに、前記第1部材に対し摺動する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用動力伝達装置。 - 前記第2部材は駆動歯車を備え、
該駆動歯車と互いに噛み合う従動歯車が、前記エンジンから前記駆動輪への動力伝達経路の一部を構成する伝動軸に設けられ、
前記第1部材は、前記電動機のロータに相対回転不能に固定された電動機ロータ軸を含んで構成されており、
前記摺動部材は、前記第1部材と前記第2部材との間で前記一軸心方向に圧縮されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の車両用動力伝達装置。 - 前記電動機のロータの前記一軸心まわりの慣性モーメントは前記第2部材よりも大きい
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の車両用動力伝達装置。 - 前記外周歯および前記内周歯は前記エンジンから前記駆動輪への動力伝達経路には含まれておらず、
前記電動機のトルクは、前記第1部材と前記第2部材との相対回転の制限により該動力伝達経路に供給される
ことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1に記載の車両用動力伝達装置。
