Claims (10)
- 少なくとも2つのビームのうちの1つのビームを選択するためのビーム選択器であって、
前記少なくとも2つのビームを受ける走査ミラーと、
2つの固定ミラーと、
開口部を有する板とを備え、
前記走査ミラーは、少なくとも2つの位置に回転されるものであり、前記少なくとも2つの位置の各々の位置は、前記少なくとも2つのビームのうちの1つのビームが、前記走査ミラーにおいて第1の反射をし、前記2つの固定ミラーの各々の固定ミラーにおいて反射し、前記走査ミラーにおいて第2の反射をして、前記開口部を通る経路を進むように、前記1つのビームを選択するための位置である、ビーム選択器。 - 前記走査ミラーは、モータの回転可能な軸に取り付けられた平面ミラーを備え、前記モータは、ガルバノモータ及びステッパモータのうち1つを備える、請求項1に記載のビーム選択器。
- 前記走査ミラーは、圧電制御ミラーを備える、請求項1に記載の選択器。
- 前記2つの固定ミラーのうちの第1の固定ミラーが、前記走査ミラーと前記2つの固定ミラーのうちの第2の固定ミラーとの間の領域に向けられ、前記第2の固定ミラーの反射面が、前記走査ミラーと前記第1の固定ミラーとの間の領域に向けられるように、前記走査ミラー、前記2つの固定ミラー、及び前記板が配置される、請求項1に記載のビーム選択器。
- 前記一つのビームは、前記2つの固定ミラーのうちの第1の固定ミラーで反射した後、前記2つの固定ミラーのうちの第2の固定ミラーで反射する、請求項1に記載のビーム選択器。
- 各ビームが前記走査ミラーにおいて前記第2の反射をする場合、前記少なくとも2つのビームの各々について、前記開口部を通る出力経路は同じである、請求項1に記載のビーム選択器。
- 前記走査ミラーは、前記少なくとも2つの位置の各々に、0.2ミリ秒未満で回転されるものである、請求項1に記載のビーム選択器。
- 前記少なくとも2つのビームは、実質的に平行である、請求項1に記載のビーム選択器。
- 少なくとも2つの励起ビームを放射する平行ビーム源と、
前記少なくとも2つの励起ビームを受ける走査ミラーと、開口部を有する板とを含み、前記少なくとも2つの励起ビームのうちの1つの励起ビームが前記開口部を通過するように、前記1つの励起ビームを選択するビーム選択器と、
選択された励起ビームを受け、試料の特定の成分に取り付けられた蛍光プローブの蛍光を励起するために、前記励起ビームを前記試料に導く対物レンズと、を備え、
前記走査ミラーは所定方向に移動するように構成されており、
前記走査ミラーが前記所定方向に移動することにより、前記少なくとも2つの励起ビームのうちの前記開口部を通過する励起ビームが変更される、蛍光顕微鏡機器。 - 前記平行ビーム源は、少なくとも2つのレーザを備え、各レーザは、単一波長又は狭い範囲内の波長のビームであって、高輝度で実質的に単色のビームを放射するものである、請求項9に記載の蛍光顕微鏡機器。
