Claims (12)
- 第一ガラス板、熱可塑性中間層板、及び第二ガラス板を含む、積層されておりかつ曲げられている自動車用窓ガラスの組み立て体であって、第一ガラス板がこの組み立て体内で最初から曲げられており、第二ガラス板が第一ガラス板の厚さの3分の1以下の厚さを持ち、第二ガラス板が、曲率を持たないか、または第二ガラス板の第一ガラス板及び熱可塑性中間層板との組み立て前に第一ガラス板の曲率より小さい曲率を持つこと、第二ガラス板が組み立て前に曲げられていないこと、及び組み立て体において第二ガラス板が50MPa以下の表面応力を持つことを特徴とする窓ガラスの組み立て体。
- 二枚のガラス板の組み立て体の厚さが3.7mm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の窓ガラスの組み立て体。
- 第一ガラス板が2.1mm以下の厚さを持つことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の窓ガラスの組み立て体。
- 第二ガラス板が0.8mm以下の厚さを持つことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の窓ガラスの組み立て体。
- 第二板が0.2mm以上の厚さを持つことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載の窓ガラスの組み立て体。
- 第一ガラス板が3.2mm以下の厚さを持つことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載の窓ガラスの組み立て体。
- 第一ガラス板の湾曲が円筒状であり、その曲率半径が1m以上であることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一つに記載の窓ガラスの組み立て体。
- 組み立て前の第一ガラス板の曲率半径に対する第二ガラス板の曲率半径の比がR2/R1>2、好ましくはR2/R1>10であることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一つに記載の窓ガラスの組み立て体。
- 熱可塑性中間層板が0.8mm以下の厚さを持つことを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一つに記載の窓ガラスの組み立て体。
- 少なくとも第二ガラス板が化学的に強化されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか一つに記載の窓ガラスの組み立て体。
- 第二ガラス板が、熱可塑性中間層板と接触する面上に赤外線をフィルタリングするための層系を持つことを特徴とする請求項1〜10いずれかの一つに記載の窓ガラスの組み立て体。
- 自動車のサイドウインドウを形成することを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか一つに記載の窓ガラスの組み立て体。
