Claims (5)
- 圧縮機をハウジングに取り付けるための振動分離取り付け具であって、
前記圧縮機は回転軸を中心として回転するインペラーを有し、前記振動分離取り付け具は弾性材料で形成され、スリーブと、前記スリーブの周りに間隔を置いて配置される複数のテーパ状スタッド又は軸方向のリブと、前記スリーブの周りに延伸するリップシールとを備え、
前記軸方向のリブは、前記インペラーの回転軸と平行な方向に延伸し、
前記テーパ状スタッド又は軸方向のリブは、前記ハウジングを前記圧縮機から離間し、
前記リップシールは、前記ハウジングと前記圧縮機の間に環状のシールを形成する、
振動分離取り付け具。 - 前記リップシールの径方向の弾性コンプライアンスは、前記テーパ状スタッド又は軸方向のリブの径方向の弾性コンプライアンスよりも大きく、前記径方向の弾性コンプライアンスは、前記インペラーの回転軸に垂直な方向のものである、請求項1に記載の振動分離取り付け具。
- 前記リップシールは、前記スリーブの一端に配置される、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の振動分離取り付け具。
- 圧縮機と、ハウジングと、請求項1から請求項3の何れか一項に記載の振動分離取り付け具とを備え、前記振動分離取り付け具は、前記圧縮機と前記ハウジングの間に配置され、前記スタッド又はリブは、変形して前記ハウジングを前記圧縮機の径方向の振動から分離する、製品。
- 前記圧縮機は軸方向の入口を備え、前記軸方向の入口を通って流体が前記圧縮機に入り、前記圧縮機は径方向の出口を備え、前記径方向の出口を通って流体が前記圧縮機から出て、前記軸方向の入口は、前記圧縮機の一方の端部に配置され、前記環状のシールは、前記径方向の出口と前記圧縮機の反対側の端部の間の位置に形成される、請求項4に記載の製品。
