Claims (15)
- 圧縮機と、ハウジングと、前記圧縮機と前記ハウジングの間に配置された振動分離取り付け具とを備え、前記圧縮機は、インペラーと、前記インペラーの上流に配置された第1の入口と、前記インペラーの下流に配置された第1の出口と、前記第1の出口の下流に配置された第2の入口と、前記第2の入口の下流に配置された第2の出口とを備え、前記圧縮機の稼働中に、流体が前記第1の入口を通って前記圧縮機に入り、前記第1の出口を通って前記圧縮機を出、前記振動分離取り付け具は、前記圧縮機と前記ハウジングの間に、前記第1の出口を出る流体が前記第2の入口を通って前記圧縮機に再び入るようにする制限を形成する、製品。
- 前記インペラーは遠心力による羽根車であり、流体が前記第1の入口を通って軸方向に圧縮機に入り、流体が前記第1の出口を通って径方向に圧縮機を出る、請求項1に記載の製品。
- 前記インペラーの出口と前記第1の出口の間に直線状の通路が確立される、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の製品。
- 前記圧縮機は、ディフューザーと、前記ディフューザーを囲む第1の出口とを備える、請求項1乃至請求項3の何れか一項に記載の製品。
- 前記第1の出口は、前記圧縮機の周りに形成された環状開口を備える、請求項1乃至請求項4の何れか一項に記載の製品。
- 前記圧縮機は、前記インペラーを駆動するための電気モータを備え、前記第2の入口と前記第2の出口の間を流れる流体は、前記モータの1つ以上の部品を冷却する役割を果たす、請求項1乃至請求項5の何れか一項に記載の製品。
- 前記第2の入口と前記第2の出口の間を流れる流体は、前記モータの電気巻線又は電源スイッチを冷却する役割を果たす、請求項6に記載の製品。
- 前記振動分離取り付け具は前記圧縮機を囲み、前記ハウジングを前記モータの径方向の振動から分離する、請求項1乃至請求項7の何れか一項に記載の製品。
- 前記振動分離取り付け具は、前記第1の出口を通って前記圧縮機を出る流体の全てが前記第2の入口を通って前記圧縮機に再び入るように前記圧縮機と前記ハウジングの間にシールを形成する、請求項1乃至請求項8の何れか一項に記載の製品。
- 前記振動分離取り付け具は、変形して前記圧縮機からの振動を吸収する複数のリブ又はスタッドと、前記圧縮機と前記ハウジングの間に前記シールを形成するリップシールを備える、請求項9に記載の製品。
- 前記振動分離取り付け具は、径方向の振動と軸方向の振動を吸収し、前記振動分離取り付け具は、前記第1の入口と前記第1の出口の間の位置で前記圧縮機と前記ハウジングの間にシールを形成する、請求項1乃至請求項10の何れか一項に記載の製品。
- 前記振動分離取り付け具は径方向の振動を吸収し、前記製品は軸方向の振動を吸収するための更なる取り付け具を備え、前記更なる取り付け具は、前記第1の入口と前記第1の出口の間の位置で前記圧縮機と前記ハウジングの間にシールを形成する、請求項1乃至請求項10の何れか一項に記載の製品。
- 前記振動分離取り付け具又は前記更なる取り付け具は、前記第1の出口を出る流体を前記第2の入口に向けた方向へ転換させる、請求項11又は請求項12に記載の製品。
- 圧縮機と、ハウジングと、前記圧縮機と前記ハウジングの間に配置された1つ以上の振動分離取り付け具とを備え、前記圧縮機は、第1の入口と、前記第1の入口の下流に配置された第1の出口と、前記第1の出口の下流に配置された第2の入口と、前記第2の入口の下流に配置された第2の出口とを備え、前記振動分離取り付け具は、前記圧縮機と前記ハウジングの間に第1のシールと第2のシールを形成し、前記第1のシールは前記第1の入口と前記第1の出口の間に配置され、前記第2のシールは前記第2の入口と前記第2の出口の間に配置され、前記圧縮機、前記ハウジング、前記第1のシール及び前記第2のシールは、前記第1の出口と前記第2の入口に対して開口し前記第1の入口と前記第2の出口に対して閉じられるチャンバを区分し、その結果、稼働中に、流体が前記第1の入口を通って前記圧縮機に入り、前記圧縮機を出て前記第1の出口を通って封止された前記チャンバに入り、封止された前記チャンバを出て前記第2の入口を通って前記圧縮機に再び入り、前記第2の出口を通って前記圧縮機を出る、製品。
- 前記製品は電気掃除機である、請求項1乃至請求項14の何れか一項に記載の製品。
