本发明公开了一种家用多功能吊扇,包括风箱,所述风箱的上端固定有连接管,所述连接管的内壁固定有电机,所述电机的输出轴贯穿风箱的上壁向风箱内部延伸并固定有驱动齿轮,所述风箱的内部设有多组风力输送机构,所述风力输送机构包括开设于风箱上端外壁的进风槽,所述进风槽的底部贯穿转动连接有进风转轴,所述进风转轴位于风箱内部的一端固定有与驱动齿轮相啮合的进风齿轮。优点在于:气流带动转叶转动,使得转叶切割磁场,进而使其上的电子受洛伦兹力的作用向尖端集聚,使得电子即负离子随气流散播到空气中,使得空气中夹杂负离子,能够实现对空气的净化,同时能够促进人体健康,使得室内的居住环境更好。

技术领域
本发明涉及家居技术领域,尤其涉及一种家用多功能吊扇。
背景技术
随着全球变暖及环保节能的趋势,空调这种高耗电的家电越来越受限制使用,一台空调相当于20台吊扇的用电量,在温度不超过30度时用风扇是完全可以达到降温驱热的功效,而在所有风扇里只有吊扇在同样的电量下所产生的风量最大,而且发现用吊扇配合空调使用可以减少空调的负载,也使室内不产生温差不易使人感冒,舒适度相当好。
而目前吊扇的功能单一,基本只具有吹风的能力,并且由于扇叶位置的原因,吹风方向固定其覆盖范围较小,并且扇叶目前的吊扇在工作时由于风力较大,在室内灰尘较多时,将会使得室内灰尘随意飞扬,使得室内环境变得较差,不能对有效提高室内环境,对室内的空气起不到净化的作用,因此亟需一种能够净化室内空气的多功能吊扇。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决现有技术中吊扇功能单一的问题,而提出的一种家用多功能吊扇。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:一种家用多功能吊扇,包括风箱,所述风箱的上端固定有连接管,所述连接管的内壁固定有电机,所述电机的输出轴贯穿风箱的上壁向风箱内部延伸并固定有驱动齿轮,所述风箱的内部设有多组风力输送机构,所述风力输送机构包括开设于风箱上端外壁的进风槽,所述进风槽的底部贯穿转动连接有进风转轴,所述进风转轴位于风箱内部的一端固定有与驱动齿轮相啮合的进风齿轮,所述进风转轴位于进风槽内部的一端固定有进风扇叶,所述风箱的底部开设有出风槽,所述出风槽的内壁贯穿转动连接有出风转轴,所述出风转轴位于风箱内部的一端固定有与驱动齿轮相啮合的出风齿轮,所述出风转轴位于出风槽内的一端固定有出风扇叶,所述进风槽的侧壁开设有与出风槽内部连通的通风槽,所述通风槽内部设有除尘机构,所述风箱的底部设有照明机构。
在上述的家用多功能吊扇中,所述除尘机构包括与通风槽内壁转动连接的吸收转轴,所述吸收转轴的周向侧壁固定有多个转叶,所述通风槽的内壁固定有滤网和吸附板,所述通风槽的内壁固定有两个对称设置的永磁铁。
在上述的家用多功能吊扇中,所述照明机构包括固定在风箱底部的连接杆,所述连接杆的底部固定有灯架,所述灯架的底部螺纹连接有灯罩,所述灯架的侧壁贯穿开设有多个散热孔,所述灯架呈开口向下的碗状。
与现有的技术相比,本发明的优点在于:
1、本发明中,通过设置通风槽,使得吊扇在吹出气流前,先对室内空气进行收集和净化,使得空气中的灰尘被滤网过程后再重新吹出,使得室内空气中的灰尘得到有效的收集和过滤,使得内部灰尘不会在吊扇的吹动下随意飞扬而是被收集,提改了室内的环境;
2、本发明中,通过设置灯架,使得吊扇吹出的气流在灯架斜面的导向下向外扩散,进而使得吊扇的覆盖面积增大而不仅限于电扇正下方,使得室内更多位置能够获得直接的风力吹拂,进而提高吊扇的散热降温效果,并且风经散热孔进入到灯架内部,使得灯泡工作过程中的热量被快速带走,达到有效散热的目的,进而提高灯泡的使用寿命;
3、本发明中,气流带动转叶转动,使得转叶切割磁场,进而使其上的电子受洛伦兹力的作用向尖端集聚,使得电子即负离子随气流散播到空气中,使得空气中夹杂负离子,能够实现对空气的净化,同时能够促进人体健康,使得室内的居住环境更好;
4、本发明中,在转叶尖端不断集聚电子时,吸附板上的电子不断的向转叶移动,进而使得吸附板自身失电子过多而携带静电,使得吸附板自身具有吸附空气中小颗粒灰尘的能力,使得灰尘在吸附作用下集聚,使得小颗粒灰尘在接触滤网前聚集成大颗粒灰尘,便于过滤清理,使得整个的净化效果得到提升。

参照图1-2,一种家用多功能吊扇,包括风箱1,风箱1的上端固定有连接管2,连接管2的内壁固定有电机3,电机3的输出轴贯穿风箱1的上壁向风箱1内部延伸并固定有驱动齿轮4,风箱1的内部设有多组风力输送机构,风力输送机构包括开设于风箱1上端外壁的进风槽5,进风槽5的底部贯穿转动连接有进风转轴6,进风转轴6位于风箱1内部的一端固定有与驱动齿轮4相啮合的进风齿轮7,进风转轴6位于进风槽5内部的一端固定有进风扇叶8,风箱1的底部开设有出风槽9,出风槽9的内壁贯穿转动连接有出风转轴10,出风转轴10位于风箱1内部的一端固定有与驱动齿轮4相啮合的出风齿轮11,出风转轴10位于出风槽9内的一端固定有出风扇叶12,进风齿轮7较出风齿轮11的轴径小,因此进风齿轮7的转速较出风齿轮11快,保证出风扇叶12能够得到有效的气流补充,保证有效的风力输出,进而提高对室内的吹风散热效果,进风槽5的侧壁开设有与出风槽9内部连通的通风槽22,通风槽22内部设有除尘机构,风箱1的底部设有照明机构。
除尘机构包括与通风槽22内壁转动连接的吸收转轴18,吸收转轴18的周向侧壁固定有多个转叶19,转叶19远离吸收转轴18的一端为尖端,能够聚集电荷,通风槽22的内壁固定有滤网17和吸附板21,滤网17的上端贯穿通风槽22的顶部且密封固定,便于滤网取出清理,吸收转轴18和吸附板21通过金属导线连接,吸收转轴18和吸附板21与通风槽22内壁的接触位置均做绝缘处理,避免吸附板21上电荷得到补充无法实现静电吸引,通风槽22的内壁固定有两个对称设置的永磁铁20,两个永磁铁20相互靠近的一端极性相反,在两个永磁铁20之间形成磁场回路,而转叶19位于两个永磁铁20中间,转叶19的转动将切割磁场,使得转叶19上的电子受洛伦兹力作用向尖端移动,并随气流释放到空去中,实现负离子净化功能。
照明机构包括固定在风箱1底部的连接杆13,连接杆13的底部固定有灯架14,灯架14的底部螺纹连接有灯罩15,灯架14的侧壁贯穿开设有多个散热孔16,灯架14呈开口向下的碗状,出风扇叶12吹出的竖直向下的气流将在灯架14的斜面导向下,向外侧扩散,进而扩大风力的覆盖范围,使得吊扇的风能够快速的对室内进行降温净化。
本发明中,在使用吊扇是,电机3启动并带动驱动齿轮4转动,进而使得与之啮合的进风齿轮7和出风齿轮11均转动,而进风齿轮7的转动将带动进风转轴6及进风扇叶8的转动,进而通过进风扇叶8的转动将外部空气向进风槽5内部泵送,进而使得气流经通风槽22进入到出风槽9中,而出风齿轮11的转动将带动出风转轴10和出风扇叶12转动,通过出风扇叶12的转动使得进入出风槽9内的气流快速向外流出,进而形成较强的风力,实现吊扇吹风散热的目的;
在出风扇叶12向外输送气流时,空气将与灯架14接触,并且在灯架14的阻碍下沿着灯架14的斜面流动,进而使得垂直向下流动的气流其流向出现变化,在灯架14侧壁的导向下开始向风箱1的周向外壁扩散,使得整个吊扇的风力覆盖范围增大,使得风力的主要覆盖区域不再限于吊扇的正下方,能够更好的对室内进行吹风散热,并且出风扇叶12吹出的风将由散热孔16进入到灯罩15内,使得灯架14内灯泡工作过程散发的热量被带走,进而提高灯泡的使用寿命,避免灯泡损坏;
在气流流经通风槽22时,将会对转叶19造成冲击,进而使得转叶19在冲击力作用下带动吸收转轴18同步转动,转叶19在转动过程中将不断的切割两块永磁铁20形成的磁场,由于转叶19对磁感线的切割使其内部电子在洛伦兹力的作用下开始向转叶19的尖端移动,使得转叶19的尖端短时间内集聚较多的电子即负电荷,在持续风力作用下负电荷将对气流进入到空气中,进而传播至室内,使得吊扇吹出的风带有负离子,进而进化室内空气以及促进人体健康;
由于负离子即电子的不断聚集,吸附板21上的电子将不断的向转叶19的尖端移动进行电荷补充,进而使得吸附板21上的电子不断损失,导致其表面带正电,进而能够吸附空气中的小颗粒灰尘,对大颗粒灰尘同时具有吸附能力,使得经过吸附板21的灰尘均受到向下的吸引力,进而使得空气中的灰尘大量的向滤网17下半段集聚,从而使得滤网17的上半段保持优秀的通风性能,进而保证快速的风力供应,不影响整体的吹风,而下半段灰尘的集中拦截也方便后续对滤网17的清理,同时灰尘由于受到吸引力能够自动的集聚,故而在经过滤网17时颗粒较大,便于滤网17对灰尘的拦截,避免灰尘因细小而穿过滤网17,保证良好的灰尘过滤效果,同时通过吊扇对气流的集聚与释放,使得室内空气中的细小灰尘被收集过滤,使得室内的空气得到有效的净化,进而提高了室内的居住环境。
