Description
図1に示されているように、前記保護膜7、7’は前記スポーク部材2に対してタイヤの幅方向内側において前記内側および外側環状バンド4、5の両端に形成されたり、前記スポーク部材の端部において幅方向外側に形成されることができる、また、保護膜7、7'はタイヤの幅方向に互いに対向して形成され、前記内側および外側環状バンド部4、5と一体に形成されることができる。
実際接触面積:トレッド部にインクをつけて紙の上にタイヤを垂直に押し付けて接触面積を測定した。
変形:変形はタイヤの静特性試験方法によってタイヤトレッドが地面または平らな面に荷重なしに当接したときの地面とタイヤハブ軸との距離を基準にし、荷重を与えて垂直方向に押し付けるとき、荷重によりハブ軸が地面側に移動した距離を測定して表示する。
騒音SPL:JASO C606−81試験法に基づいて評価した。

Claims (8)
- 路面と接触するトレッド部と、車軸と連結されるリム部と、前記トレッドと前記リム部の間に同軸的に離隔するように配置された内側環状バンド部と外側環状バンド部と、前記内側環状バンド部と前記外側環状バンド部を連結する所定パターンで形成された支持体と前記支持体によって限定される開口部を含むスポーク部材と、前記スポーク部材の前記開口部に異物が侵入することを遮断するタイヤの幅方向両端に形成された一対の保護膜と、を含み、
前記保護膜はスポーク部材と同じ材料で一体に形成され、
前記保護膜は前記スポーク部材に対してタイヤの幅方向内側に前記内側および外側環状バンドの両端部に形成されたり前記スポーク部材に対してタイヤの幅方向外側に前記内側および外側環状バンドの両端部に形成され、
前記スポーク部材は、前記外側環状バンド部に接する外側半円形支持体と、前記内側環状バンド部に接し前記外側半円形支持体と内側で交差する内側半円形支持体と、タイヤの円周方向に形成され、前記外側半円形支持体と前記内側半円形支持体との接点を連結する連結部と、を含み、
前記保護膜はガラス繊維、炭素繊維、またはアラミド繊維をさらに含む、
ことを特徴とする非空気入りタイヤ。 - 前記スポーク部材は、前記内側環状バンド部と前記外側環状バンド部との間に反復的に等角度間隔で複数個設置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の非空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記スポーク部材の隣り合う内側半円形支持体は、前記内側環状バンド部と接する内側端部が一定の間隔をおいて離隔するように形成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の非空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記スポーク部材の隣り合う内側半円形支持体は、前記内側環状バンド部と接する内側端部が互いに接するように形成され、前記隣り合う外側半円形支持体は、前記外側環状バンド部と接する外側端部が互いに離隔するように形成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の非空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記スポーク部材の隣り合う内側半円形支持体は、前記内側環状バンド部と接する内側端部が互いに接するように形成され、前記隣り合う外側半円形支持体は、前記外側環状バンド部と接する外側端部が互いに接するように形成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の非空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記保護膜は熱可塑性樹脂、熱硬化性樹脂またはこれらの混合樹脂から構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の非空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記トレッド部は、ゴムまたはプラスチック材料から構成された粘弾性材料部と、前記粘弾性材料部の内側に形成され補強構造を含む補強部とで構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の非空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記保護膜は前記内側および外側環状バンド部と一体に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の非空気入りタイヤ。
