Claims (9)
- 円筒形状の環状構造体と、
前記環状構造体の外周部に、前記環状構造体の周方向に向かって設けられてトレッド部となるゴム材料層と、
前記環状構造体と前記環状構造体の内側に配置される電動機との間に設けられて、前記電動機のローターの回転を前記環状構造体へ伝達する湾曲した複数の金属ばね部材と、
を含み、
複数の前記金属ばね部材は、前記環状構造体の径方向外側にのみ凸形状であり、両端部が前記電動機側に固定され、円弧の凸部が前記環状構造体に固定され、前記円弧の凸部と前記環状構造体の固定点とを通り前記環状構造体の径方向に引いた仮想線に対して線対称であり、それぞれの前記金属ばね部材が独立した部材であり、
前記環状構造体の弾性率と厚みとの積は、15以上400以下であることを特徴とするタイヤ/ホイール組立体。 - 円筒形状の構造体であり、前記環状構造体の内側に配置されて、前記複数の金属ばね部材を連結する内側環状構造体を有し、
前記内側環状構造体が前記ローターと連結される請求項1に記載のタイヤ/ホイール組立体。 - 前記環状構造体の素材は、厚みが0.2mm以上1.0mm以下のステンレス鋼又は鋼である請求項1または2に記載のタイヤ/ホイール組立体。
- 前記環状構造体の素材は、厚みが1.0mmよりも大きく5.0mm以下のステンレス鋼又は鋼又はアルミニウム又はアルミニウム合金である請求項1または2に記載のタイヤ/ホイール組立体。
- 前記金属ばね部材の厚みは、0.2mm以上0.6mm以下である、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のタイヤ/ホイール組立体。
- 前記金属ばね部材の弾性率は、70GPa以上250GPa以下である、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のタイヤ/ホイール組立体。
- 前記金属ばね部材の弾性率は、80GPa以上230GPa以下である、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のタイヤ/ホイール組立体。
- 前記金属ばね部材は、前記環状構造体の周方向に向かって20枚以上120枚以下配置されている、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載のタイヤ/ホイール組立体。
- 前記金属ばね部材は、前記環状構造体の周方向に向かって30枚以上90枚以下配置されている、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載のタイヤ/ホイール組立体。
