Description
本発明の好ましい実施例では、鋼板として厚さ0.8mmの合金化亜鉛メッキ鋼板を用い、プレコート塗料組成物の塗膜を形成する前の前処理として、クロムフリー型(chrome free type)でアルカリ系と酸性系がいずれも可能であり、好ましくはアルカリ系を用いることができる。具体的には、立時化学のNC-COAT#3300を用いて、60〜80mg/m2程度の範囲で塗膜を形成した。
本実施例では、下記表8のPPG Koreaの樹脂と、上記表1と表2の樹脂および硬化剤を、下記表9に示されたとおりに配合して塗料を製造した。
Claims (3)
- プレコート鋼板の硬化処理方法であって、
(a)鋼板の表面に、塗料組成物を塗布して塗膜を形成するステップ;
(b)前記塗膜を180℃乃至300℃に加熱して硬化させる1次硬化ステップ;
(c)前記1次硬化した塗膜が形成された鋼板を機械的加工して成形するステップ;および、
(d)前記成形ステップにおいて損傷を受けた塗膜の物性を回復するために、前記成形した鋼板を140℃乃至200℃に加熱する2次硬化ステップ;
を含み、
前記(b)ステップにおける1次硬化は、10秒乃至5分間行い、前記(d)ステップにおける2次硬化は、5乃至50分間行い、
前記塗料組成物は、ポリエステル、アルキド、アクリル樹脂およびこれを変性した樹脂からなる群より選択された1種以上のバインダ樹脂と、イソシアネート群より選択された1種以上と、メラミン群より選択された1種以上とを含む硬化剤を含み、
前記バインダ樹脂の水酸基価が、5乃至100mgKOH/gであり、
前記イソシアネート群は、ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネート、イソホロンジイソシアネート、ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート、およびキシレンジイソシアネートからなる群より選択された1種以上又はその誘導体のブロック化物であり、
前記メラミン群は、重量比で、塗料組成物の全体樹脂含有量の10乃至50%であることを特徴とする、プレコート鋼板の硬化処理方法。 - 前記バインダ樹脂の水平均分子量は、1,000乃至25,000であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のプレコート鋼板の硬化処理方法。
- 前記メラミン群は、アルキレート、イミノおよびカルボキシレートからなる群より選択された1種以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のプレコート鋼板の硬化処理方法。
