- 主結晶相として高温石英混晶を有するガラスセラミックから成る、色の表示性が改善された、着色された透明な調理台であって、前記ガラスセラミックが、不可避の痕跡量を除いて、化学的清澄剤の酸化ヒ素及び酸化アンチモンを含まず、
着色は、着色性酸化物のFe2O3とV2O5とを組み合わせることによって調整される、調理台において、
前記ガラスセラミックの透過度が、450nmよりも長いあらゆる波長における可視光範囲で0.1%より大きく、可視光で光透過性が0.8〜5%であり、1600nmでの赤外線における透過性は45〜85%であり、
前記ガラスセラミックの厚さが、2.5〜6mmであり、
前記ガラスセラミックの組成(酸化物に対する質量%)が、基本的に以下の組成:

- 通常の赤色表示に代えて、又はこれに加えて、1つ又は複数の多色表示を用いることを特徴とする、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項に記載の調理台。
- 装置の少なくとも一部の温度状態を表示するため、又は装置の少なくとも一部の欠陥状態を表示するために、表示設備(8,9)が存在することを特徴とする、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項に記載の調理台。
- 調理台(1)の一部の温度、又は調理台(1)の調理箇所(3)の温度を表示するための表示設備(8)が存在することを特徴とする、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項に記載の調理台。
- 調理台の欠陥状態、又は調理台(1)の一部の欠陥状態、又は調理箇所(3)の欠陥状態を表示するための表示設備(9)が存在することを特徴とする、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項に記載の調理台。
- 前記表示設備(8,9)が、様々な稼働状態のために様々な色の光要素を有し、前記光要素が、少なくとも2つの異なる色を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から13までのいずれか1項に記載の調理台。
- 温度状態を表示するために、少なくとも1つの赤い光要素と、少なくとも1つの青い光要素が存在することを特徴とする、請求項1から14までのいずれか1項に記載の調理台。
- 欠陥状態を表示するために、少なくとも1つの赤い光要素と、少なくとも1つの緑の光要素が存在することを特徴とする、請求項1から15までのいずれか1項に記載の調理台。
- 前記表示設備(8,9)が、様々な色を表示するために形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から16までのいずれか1項に記載の調理台。
- 前記表示設備(8,9)が、非段階的に色勾配として色を表示することを特徴とする、請求項1から17までのいずれか1項に記載の調理台。
- 前記表示設備(8,9)が、円形状表示の光セグメントで、又はブロック状表示の光エレメントで色を表示することを特徴とする、請求項1から18までのいずれか1項に記載の調理台。
- 温度状態を表示するために、赤い光要素、オレンジ色の光要素、及び青い光要素が存在するか、又は赤色、オレンジ色、及び青い色を呈示可能な光要素が1つ存在することを特徴とする、請求項1から19までのいずれか1項に記載の調理台。
- 欠陥状態を表示するために、赤い光要素、オレンジ色の光要素、及び緑色の光要素(信号色)が存在するか、又は赤色、オレンジ色、及び緑色を示すことができる光要素が1つだけ存在することを特徴とする、請求項1から20までのいずれか1項に記載の調理台。
- 前記表示設備(8,9)がさらに、様々な稼働状態を示す記号を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から21までのいずれか1項に記載の調理台。

- 稼働状態を表すための色を、非段階的に表示することを特徴とする、請求項23から26までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 色が、円形状表示の光セグメント、又はブロック状表示の光要素で表示されることを特徴とする、請求項23から27までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 稼働状態がさらに、記号で表示され、その際、温度稼働状態について記号として様々な大きさの火炎マーク、及び欠陥稼働状態について様々な大きさの警告記号が使用されることを特徴とする、請求項23から28までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 色及び/又は記号を有する表示部に加えて、表示設備が点滅することを特徴とする、請求項23から29までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 欠陥の重大性及び/又は温度の高低によって、より早く、若しくはよりゆっくりと、又は様々なリズムで前記表示が点滅することを特徴とする、請求項30に記載の方法。
