Description
コーティングシロップのレシピ:
バッチサイズ:7.5 kgチューインガム中身
イソマルトGS 6500 g
水 3364 g
ゼラチン 26 g
アスパルテーム 5 g
アセサルファームK 5 g
二酸化チタン 100 g
合計 10000 g
ドライチャージ(Drycharge):
イソマルトST/PF:フェーズ1:1 x 100 g;フェーズ2:5 x 80 g
香味料:フェーズ3でH&R オプタミント(Optamint):2 x 25 g、光沢剤(Glazing agent):艶出しワックス(polishing wax)(Fa. Kahl)、シロップ温度:65℃
シロップの調製:
まずイソマルトGSを水に溶解し、他の成分をシロップに添加する。調製後、シロップを65℃に保つ。
基本のチューインガムコンパウンドを、ニーダー(kneader)に移す前に、加熱キャビネット中で50℃〜55℃の温度に加熱する。その後、基本のチューインガムコンパウンドを1〜2分間練る。練っている間に、甘味料混合物の最初の半分、その後グリセロールを添加し、そして最後に香味料、メントール及び甘味料を添加する。均一になるまで混合物を練る(最終温度約45℃)。塊をニーダーから取り出し、約1 kg重量の部分に分ける。中間の保存のため、分割したチューインガムの塊をタルカムを撒いた基板上に約15〜20分間置き、適切な押出機で押し出し、従来の方法でさらに加工する。
冷たいものに対する知覚過敏症を有する50人の被験体がこの実験に参加した。56日目まで8週間(以下の表を参照)、1日に3回(午前中、正午及び夜に)、実施例1のイソマルトを含有するチューインガムを10分間噛んだ。
Claims (11)
- 有効成分として有効量のイソマルトを含む組成物を摂取させることを含む、歯の減感方法(但し、ヒトに対する医療行為を除く)。
- 有効成分として有効量のイソマルトを含む組成物を摂取させることを含む、処置が必要な動物又はヒトにおける知覚過敏歯の予防的処置方法(但し、ヒトに対する医療行為を除く)。
- 有効成分として有効量のイソマルトを含む組成物を摂取させることを含み、該イソマルトが知覚過敏歯の表面に接触して歯を減感させる、知覚過敏歯の減感方法(但し、ヒトに対する医療行為を除く)。
- イソマルトが、1,1-GPM(1-O-α-D-グルコピラノシル-D-マンニトール)及び1,6-GPS(6-O-α-D-グルコピラノシル-D-ソルビトール)の等モル混合物である、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- イソマルトがイソマルト変異体である、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- イソマルトが、1.1-GPMに富んだ混合物、又は1.6-GPSに富んだ混合物であり、1.1-GPMに富んだ混合物は、乾燥重量に基づき、57超〜99重量%の1.1-GPM及び43未満〜1重量%の1.6-GPSを含み、1.6-GPSに富んだ混合物は、乾燥重量に基づき、43未満〜1重量%の1.1-GPM及び57超〜99重量%の1.6-GPSを含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 組成物が食品、化粧品又は医薬品である、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 食品が、チューインガム、ハードキャラメル、ソフトキャラメル、タフィー、トローチ(pastille)、錠剤、ガム、ゼリー、マシュマロ、ドロップ(lozenge)、ファッジ及びフォンダンからなる群より選択される、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 組成物が神経減感剤を含まない、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 組成物がイソマルトを唯一の歯減感剤として含む、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 組成物が硝酸カリウム及び乳酸アルミニウムを含まない、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
