Description
Claims (11)
- 集中巻線が装着されたスロットを含む固定子と、
回転動作方向に連続的に配されて環をなす永久磁石を含んで回転する回転子とを含む電動機において、
前記永久磁石の中心線の位置における該磁石の幅と前記回転子の磁極の幅の比は、少なくとも2/3であり、最大で4/5であり、
前記回転子にある少なくとも1つの永久磁石の少なくとも一辺は、その方向が前記固定子のスロットとは異なる方向でありスロット勾配を有し、該スロット勾配と前記回転子の磁極の幅の比は、少なくとも5/36であり、最大で1/5であり、
前記集中巻線の極および相あたりのスロット数は0.5より少なく、
前記固定子と前記回転子の間のエアギャップは、実質的に前記回転子の回転軸方向にあることを特徴とする電動機。 - 請求項1に記載の電動機において、前記集中巻線は分割スロット集中巻線であることを特徴とする電動機。
- 請求項2に記載の電動機において、前記永久磁石の幅は、前記回転子の回転軸からの距離が増すにつれ、広くなることを特徴とする電動機。
- 請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の電動機において、前記回転子の永久磁石は実質的に矢印形状であることを特徴とする電動機。
- 請求項4に記載の電動機において、前記回転子の前記矢印形状の永久磁石の先端部は、該永久磁石の中心線よりも前記回転子の回転軸から遠くに配置されていることを特徴とする電動機。
- 請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の電動機において、前記連続する永久磁石の磁極は互いに逆方向にあることを特徴とする電動機。
- 請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載の電動機において、前記永久磁石のエアギャップの方向の厚みは実質的に一定であることを特徴とする電動機。
- 請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載の電動機を含むことを特徴とする巻上機。
- 請求項8に記載の巻上機において、前記電動機の固定子は該巻上機の固定構造体に配設され、
前記電動機の回転子は、該巻上機の回転構造体に配設され、
該巻上機の回転構造体はトラクションシーブを含むことを特徴とする巻上機。 - 請求項8または9に記載の巻上機を含み、エレベータカーをエレベータ昇降路内で走行させることを特徴とするエレベータシステム。
- 請求項10に記載のエレベータシステムにおいて、前記巻上機は前記エレベータ昇降路内に配設されていることを特徴とするエレベータシステム。
