まず、上記非特許文献のイ)に記載のものは、同心カラーに取り付けられた止めネジの締め付けだけで、軸受を軸に取り付け固定するものであるが、両者の軸心の狂いが大きくなってしまう。また、止めネジによる両者の取り付け固定は、軸受の片側のみから行うために、反対側では内輪と軸とのすきまにより浮いた状態となるから、高速回転や高精度の回転では使用し難い面がある。しかも、止めネジの締め付けにより軸の周囲にカエリ等のキズが生じ、軸受を取り外すときに抜き難くなる不具合が発生する。
軸受2の内輪3の延長部4外周に、雄ネジ部6とテーパ−部7を設け、該テーパー部7に周方向へ等間隔状で切割り部8を形成し、
上記雄ネジ部6へ螺装する固定用ナット9の側面から、周方向へ等間隔状に固定ボルト13用の雌ネジ孔12を設け、
上記延長部4外周のテーパー部7へ内周のテーパー部15で套合する固定用カラー14に、その側面から上記固定用ナット9の雌ネジ孔12に対応したボルト通挿用孔17と、同じく周方向へ等間隔状に取外しボルト19用の雌ネジ孔18を形成して、
軸受2を軸1へ取り付け固定時には、固定ボルト13を固定用カラー14のボルト通挿用孔17から、固定用ナット9の雌ネジ孔12へ螺合して締め付け、取り外し時には、固定ボルト13を取り外した後に、取外しボルト19を固定用カラー14の雌ネジ孔18へ螺合し、その先端部で固定用ナット9の側面11を押圧可能としたものである。
1)軸受2を軸1へ取り付け固定、及び取り外し作業を、特に熟練者でなくても容易・迅速に行うことができるようになる。
軸受2を軸1へ取り付けた場合に、上記のように延長部4のテーパー部7に形成した周方向へ等間隔状の複数個の切割り部8が、均等に軸心方向へ絞られることにより、軸受2が軸1に取り付け固定がなされている。そのため、軸受2と軸1との軸心の狂いをきわめて小さく抑えることができる。
即ち、軸受2を軸1へ取り付け固定する作業は、固定ボルト13の締め付けで固定用カラー14が固定用ナット9側へ引かれることにより行われている。軸受2の内輪3が軸方向へ移動しないから、取り付け作業中に軸受2の内部で転がり位置がズレるようなことが無くなり、この面でも取り付け作業が簡単となり、容易・迅速に取り付け固定作業を行うことができる。

Claims (5)
- 軸受の内輪の延長部外周に、雄ネジ部とテーパ−部を設け、該テーパー部に周方向へ等間隔状で切割り部を形成し、
上記雄ネジ部へ螺装する固定用ナットの側面から、周方向へ等間隔状に固定ボルト用の雌ネジ孔を設け、
上記延長部外周のテーパー部へ内周のテーパー部で套合する固定用カラーに、上記固定用ナットの雌ネジ孔に対応したボルト通挿用孔と、同じく側面から周方向へ等間隔状に取外しボルト用の雌ネジ孔を形成することにより、
軸受を軸へ取り付け固定時には、固定ボルトを固定用カラーのボルト通挿用孔から、固定用ナットの雌ネジ孔へ螺合して締め付け、取り外し時には、取外しボルトを固定用カラーの雌ネジ孔へ螺合し、その先端部で固定用ナットの側面を押圧して取り外しを可能としたことを特徴とする、軸受の軸への取付構造。 - 軸受の内輪の片側に形成した延長部外周に、雄ネジ部とテーパ−部を設け、該テーパー部に周方向へ等間隔状で切割り部を形成し、

軸受を軸へ取り付け固定時には、固定ボルトを固定用カラーのボルト通挿用孔から、固定用ナットの雌ネジ雌ネジ孔へ螺合して締め付け、取り外し時には、取外しボルトを固定用カラーの雌ネジ孔へ螺合し、その先端部で固定用ナットの側面を押圧して取り外しを可側面したことを特徴とする、軸受の軸への取付構造。 - 軸受の内輪の両側に形成した各延長部外周に、雄ネジ部とテーパ−部を各々設け、該各テーパー部に周方向へ等間隔状で切割り部を各々形成し、
上記各雄ネジ部へ螺装する各固定用ナットの側面から、周方向へ等間隔状に固定ボルト用の雌ネジ孔を各々設け、
上記各延長部外周の各テーパー部へ内周のテーパー部で套合する各固定用カラーに、上記各固定用ナットの雌ネジ孔に対応したボルト通挿用孔と、同じく側面から周方向へ等間隔状に取外しボルト用の雌ネジ孔を各々形成することにより、
軸受を軸へ取り付け固定時には、固定ボルトを各固定用カラーの各ボルト通挿用孔から、各固定用ナットの各雌ネジ孔へ各々螺合して締め付け、取り外し時には、取外しボルトを各固定用カラーの各雌ネジ孔へ各々螺合し、その先端部で各固定用ナットの側面を押圧して取り外しを可能としたことを特徴とする、軸受の軸への取付構造。 - 取外しボルトを固定ボルトと兼用するようにした、請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の軸受の軸への取付構造。
