Claims (3)
- パイプ(P)の端部(T)に形成された、先端(S)へ拡径するフレア加工部(F)と、該フレア加工部(F)のテーパ状外周面(F2 )に対応する袋ナット(1)の押圧テーパ面(2)との間に介在させるための横断面八の字状の金属製ワッシャ(3)を備え、
上記ワッシャ(3)が上記フレア加工部(F)のテーパ状外周面(F2 )に圧接する内周面(6)に円周方向の1個の突条(7)を有し、
かつ、上記ワッシャ(3)がパイプ(P)よりも硬度が大きい材質から成り、かつ、上記ワッシャ(3)の袋ナット(1)に対する摩擦係数が、パイプ(P)の材質の袋ナット(1)の材質に対する摩擦係数より小さくなるように、上記ワッシャ(3)の材質を設定し、
さらに、上記袋ナット(1)が、その内周面(13)に、かつ、上記押圧テーパ面(2)と雄ネジ部(15)との間であって、上記ワッシャ(3)を上記押圧テーパ面(2)に接触させた状態で上記ワッシャ(3)よりも軸心方向内側に、内シール材(14)を備え、上記袋ナット(1)が継手本体(4)及びパイプ(P)と接続していない非接続状態に於て、上記袋ナット(1)からの上記ワッシャ(3)の脱落を、補助的にシールを行うための上記内シール材(14)によって、防止するように構成したことを特徴とするフレア継手。 - 上記袋ナット(1)が、その内周面(13)に、かつ、上記押圧テーパ面(2)よりも軸心方向外側に、外シール材(16)を備えた請求項1記載のフレア継手。
- 上記ワッシャ(3)がステンレスから成る請求項1又は2記載のフレア継手。
