Description

Claims (2)
- 式(1)にRはイソプロピル、R’はメチルとして示される構造を有するN−アルキル(アルキル)アクリルアミドの製造方法であって:
N−アルキルアミンとしてイソプロピルアミンを含む水溶液を提供する工程;
沈殿したN−アルキル(アルキル)アクリルアミドを生成させるために前記水溶液に、20℃〜30℃の範囲の温度で、水酸化ナトリウムまたは水酸化カリウムまたは水酸化アンモニウムまたはそれらの組み合わせの塩基及びN−アルキルアミンと等モル量の(アルキル)アクリル酸無水物を加える工程;及び
沈殿したN−アルキル(アルキル)アクリルアミドを前記水溶液から除去するために前記水溶液をろ過し真空乾燥する工程を含む方法。 - 式(1)にRはイソプロピル、R’はメチルとして示される構造を有するN−アルキル(メタ)アクリルアミドの製造方法であって:
N−アルキルアミンとしてイソプロピルアミンを含む水溶液を提供する工程;
沈殿したN−アルキル(メタ)アクリルアミドを生成させるために前記水溶液に、20℃〜30℃の範囲の温度で、水酸化ナトリウムまたは水酸化カリウムまたは水酸化アンモニウムまたはそれらの組み合わせの塩基及びN−アルキルアミンと等モル量の(メタ)アクリル酸無水物を加える工程;
沈殿したN−アルキル(メタ)アクリルアミドを前記水溶液から除去するために前記水溶液をろ過する工程;及び
N−アルキル(メタ)アクリルアミドからいかなる混入物質をも除去するために、前記ろ過された沈殿したN−アルキル(メタ)アクリルアミドを洗浄し真空乾燥する工程を含む方法。
