Claims (6)
- 表面に誘電体被膜が形成された陽極部材を、該陽極部材に電気絶縁性のセパレータを重ね合わせる一方で陰極部材を重ねずに巻回して構成された巻回体と、
前記巻回体の内部に形成された固体電解質層と、
前記陽極部材に取り付けられると共に前記巻回体の巻回端面から引き出された端子であって、前記陽極部材に電気的に接続されている陽極リードタブ端子と、
前記セパレータに取り付けられると共に前記巻回体の巻回端面から引き出された端子であって、前記固体電解質層に電気的に接続されている陰極リードタブ端子と
を備える、固体電解コンデンサ。 - 前記陰極リードタブ端子は、これを前記セパレータに対して加締めることにより該セパレータに取り付けられている、請求項1に記載の固体電解コンデンサ。
- 前記セパレータの厚さ寸法が10μm以上である、請求項2に記載の固体電解コンデンサ。
- 前記陰極リードタブ端子は、これを前記セパレータに貼着固定することにより該セパレータに取り付けられている、請求項1に記載の固体電解コンデンサ。
- 前記セパレータには、該セパレータへの陰極リードタブ端子の取付け強度を向上させる補強部材が設けられている、請求項1乃至請求項4の何れかに記載の固体電解コンデンサ。
- 前記巻回体が収容される外装ケースを更に備え、前記陽極リードタブ端子は、前記外装ケースの開口の中心位置とは異なる位置から該外装ケースの外部へ引き出される一方、前記陰極リードタブ端子は、前記外装ケースの開口の中心位置に対して前記陽極リードタブ端子の引出し位置とは反対側の位置から該外装ケースの外部へ引き出されている、請求項1乃至請求項4の何れかに記載の固体電解コンデンサ。
