Claims (4)
- (a)シナカルセット塩酸塩10から40重量%;
(b)微結晶セルロース25から75重量%;
(c)微結晶セルロースとデンプンの重量比が1:1から10:1であるデンプン;
(d)ポビドン1から5重量%;
(e)クロスポビドン1から10重量%;および
(f)コロイド状二酸化ケイ素およびステアリン酸マグネシウムから選択された少なくとも1つの添加剤0.05から5重量%
を含み、重量%が、組成物の総重量に対してのものである、医薬組成物であって、
(a)シナカルセット塩酸塩10から20重量%;
(b)デンプン5から35重量%;
(c)微結晶セルロース40から75重量%;
(d)ポビドン1から5重量%;
(e)クロスポビドン1から10重量%;および
