体と重合体粒子の混合物の添加は、折り畳み作用を防止する補助をするために、布地表面上のピン留め層として働くことにより、洗浄中の皺形成を有効に低減させる。粒子は、また、分離層または空隙層として働くことにより、洗浄物中の布地の別々の切片間の相互作用を妨げ、これにより局在する布地損傷の他の主要原因である絡み付きを低減する。現在開示される方法において、機械的作用は、まだ存在するが、精確に言えば、これは、非重合体粒子の作用の結果として、なおさら均一に分配される。複数回の洗浄下の衣類の寿命を決定するのは、損傷の局在化相様である。

ab L,aおよびb色彩座標を記録するために、Konica Minolta CM−3600A分光光度計を使用し、次に、これらを使用して、洗浄されない同等物に対する達成された洗浄の度合いの指標としてΔEを計算した(ΔE値が高いほど、洗浄がより良い)。結果は表3に示され(反復洗浄に対して平均された)、ΔEにおける1単位の相異は視覚により認識可能であることに基づいてコメントされた。
更に、100%w/wの非重合体および100%w/wの重合体オプションに対する、および再度粒子を添加されない対照に対する、非重合体および重合体粒状洗剤の混合物の効果を試験するための洗浄試験を実施した(表4および図1参照)。

非常に十分な効果を示すことは驚くべきである。例えば、20%の重合体1/80%w/wの鋼粒子の混合物が考慮される場合は、洗浄能は、両者が同等の性能を示す90LIおよび10Uを除いて、すべての汚染上に改善を示す。事実、個々の粒子よりも利点を示す重合体1/鋼粒子混合物の範囲は、図2(a)にみることができる。ここでは、すべての汚染のタイプに対するΔEの合計が粒子混合物組成物に対してプロットされた(表6(a)から)。これらの粒子を混合する工程において、それらの個々の性能から当然期待することができる値を超えた相乗性が明白に存在する。100%w/wの鋼粒子および100%w/wの重合体1の粒子のデータポイントの合流線がここで単純な混合物のルールを表して、何が期待できるかを示す。この線より下にある80%w/wの重合体1/20%w/wの鋼粒子の点は、偏差であると考えられる(図2(b)参照)。
Claims (16)
- 汚染された支持体の洗浄方法で、非重合体の固形粒状洗剤および洗浄水で支持体を処理する工程を含んでなる方法であって、前記処理が、孔あき側壁を含んでなるドラムを含み、また洗濯物中の布地1kg当り5〜50リッター間の容量をもつ装置内で実施され、前記の固形粒状洗剤が0.1:1〜10:1質量の粒子:布地の添加レベルで複数の非重合体粒子を含み、前記粒子がそれぞれ、円筒形または球形の形状をもち、また3.5〜12.0g/cm3の範囲の平均密度および5〜275mm3の範囲の平均体積をもち、そして孔あき側壁を含んでなる前記ドラムが0.05〜900Gの範囲のG力を形成する速度で回転される、方法。
- 前記非重合体粒子のそれぞれが、5.0〜10.0g/cm3の範囲の平均密度を有する、請求項1に記載される方法。
- 非重合体の粒子がガラス、シリカ、石、木材、金属、またはセラミック物質の粒子を含み、金属が亜鉛、チタン、クロム、マンガン、鉄、コバルト、ニッケル、銅、タングステン、アルミニウム、錫および鉛、並びにそれらの合金から任意選択で選択され、セラミック物質がアルミナ、ジルコニア、炭化タングステン、炭化ケイ素および窒化ケイ素から任意選択で選択される、請求項1に記載される方法。
- 固形粒状洗剤が更に、複数の重合体粒子を含み、前記粒子がそれぞれ、円筒形または球形の形状をもち、また0.5〜2.5g/cm3の範囲の平均密度および5〜275mm3の範囲の平均体積をもち、
前記重合体粒子が任意選択で発泡重合体物質又は非発泡重合体物質を含み、及び/又は、前記重合体粒子が任意選択で線状重合体又は架橋重合体を含み、そして、
前記重合体粒子がポリアルケン、ポリアミド、ポリエステルまたはポリウレタンのビーズを任意選択で含み、
前記ポリアミドがNylon 6またはNylon 6,6を任意選択で含み、任意選択で5000〜30000ドルトンの範囲の分子量を有するNylon 6,6ホモポリマーを含み、そして
前記ポリエステルがポリエチレン・テレフタレートまたはポリブチレン・テレフタレートを任意選択で含んでなる、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載される方法。 - 前記非重合体粒子対前記重合体粒子の比率が99.9%:0.1%〜0.1%:99.9%であり、任意選択で90.0%:10.0%〜25.0%:75.0%であり、任意選択で85.0%:15.0%〜40.0%:60.0%である、請求項4に記載される方法。
- 前記固形粒状洗剤に含まれる粒子が円筒形であり、またその断面の主軸の長さが2.0〜6.0mmの範囲内にあり、断面の短軸の長さが1.3〜5.0mmの範囲内にある楕円形の断面をもち、又は、前記固形粒状洗剤に含まれる粒子が円筒形であり、またその断面の直径が1.3〜6.0mmの範囲内にある円形の断面をもち、そして、任意選択で前記粒子の長さが1.5〜6.0mmの範囲内にある、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載される方法。
- 前記固形粒状洗剤に含まれる粒子が球形であり、またその粒径が2.0〜8.0mmの範囲内にあり、任意選択で前記粒子が完全な球ではなく、またその粒径が2.2〜5.5mmの範囲内にあり、又は、任意選択で前記粒子が完全な球であり、またその粒径が3.0〜7.0mmの範囲内にある、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載される方法。
- 前記固形粒状洗剤が、固体構造又は中空構造をもつ粒子を含んでなる、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載される方法。
- 前記非重合体粒子が被覆された非重合体粒子を含み、任意選択で該非重合体粒子が、非重合体のコア物質および重合体物質の被覆を有するシェルを含み、任意選択で該コアが鋼のコアを含み、また任意選択で該シェルがナイロンの被覆を有する、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載される方法。
- 孔あき側壁を含んでなるドラムが、回転可能に取り付けられた円筒形ケージを含み、任意選択で前記装置が前記固形粒状洗剤の循環を促進するように構成された循環手段を含み、任意選択で該方法が95℃を超えない温度で、任意選択で75℃を超えない温度で、任意選択で5〜40℃の範囲内にある温度で、実施される、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載される方法。
- 洗浄工程の完了時に支持体から固形粒状洗剤を分離する工程、前記固形粒状洗剤を回収する工程およびその後の洗浄において前記洗剤を再使用する工程をさらに含み、任意選択で、分離および回収後に、前記固形粒状洗剤が再使用の前に洗浄作業にかけられる、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載される方法。
- 前記回転可能に取り付けられた円筒形ケージが、ハウジング手段、および、前記円筒形ケージの内部へのアクセスを許すアクセス手段を含んでなる洗浄装置に含まれ、該装置が、任意選択で以下の特徴の少なくとも1つを有する方法であって、
(a)前記回転可能に取り付けられた円筒形ケージが前記ケージより大きい口径をもつ回転可能に取り付けられた円筒形ドラム内に同軸に配置され、前記ケージと前記ドラムが、前記の回転可能に取り付けられたドラムより大きい口径をもつ固定された円筒形ドラム内に同軸に配置され、また前記回転可能に取り付けられた円筒形ケージと前記の回転可能に取り付けられた円筒形ドラムが独立して回転するように構成されている、
(b)前記回転可能に取り付けられた円筒形ケージが、前記円筒形ケージに隣接して配置された第2室をも含んでなる前記ハウジング手段内の第1の室内に取り付けられており、そして、前記装置が、任意選択で、更に、少なくとも一つの再循環手段および複数の送達手段を含み、及び/又は、任意選択で、更に、前記回転可能に取り付けられた円筒形ケージの円筒形側壁の外面に、取り外し可能に取り付けられ並びに、前記ケージの内部からの流体および固形粒状物質の侵入または排出を妨げるように構成されているシール手段を含み、又は、ポンプ手段を含み、また前記回転可能に取り付けられた円筒形ケージが孔あき側壁を含んでなるドラムを含み、前記側壁の表面積の60%までが孔を含み、そして前記の孔が25.0mmを超えない口径をもつ孔を含み、
そして、任意選択で前記アクセス手段が、円筒形ケージの内部へのアクセスを許すために開けることができ、またシールされたシステムを提供するために閉じることができる、ハウジング内に取り付けられたヒンジ付きドアを含んでなる、請求項10又は請求項10に従属する請求項11に記載される方法。 - (a)洗浄;
(b)過剰水の第1の脱水;
(c)固形粒状洗剤の粒子の第1の分離;
(d)すすぎ;
(e)過剰水の第2の脱水;
(f)場合により、少なくとも1回、工程(d)と(e)を反復する工程;および
(g)固形粒状洗剤の粒子の第2の分離:
の工程を連続して実施する工程を含んでなる、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載される方法であって、
工程(d)および(e)が、任意選択で10回まで反復され、
任意選択で、前記洗浄工程が0.05〜0.95G間で実施され、すすぎ水が同様な条件下で添加され、次に5.5〜350Gの、より高いG力下で脱水され、そして、布地からの粒子の前記分離が0.05〜0.95G下で実施される、該方法。 - 洗浄サイクルが、
(i)回転可能に取り付けられた円筒形ケージを含んでなる装置の第2室内に固形粒状洗剤と水を導入する、
(ii)前記固形粒状洗剤と水を撹拌する、
(iii)アクセス手段を介して前記回転可能に取り付けられた円筒形ケージ中に少なくとも一つの汚れた支持体を充填する、
(iv)シールされたシステムを提供するように、アクセス手段を閉鎖する、
(v)支持体を均一に湿らせるために、洗浄水とあらゆる必要な更なる洗浄剤を導入しながら、回転可能に取り付けられた円筒形ケージを回転させる、
(vi)前記回転可能に取り付けられた円筒形ケージ中に前記固形粒状洗剤と水を導入し、そして装置を洗浄サイクルのために操作し、そこで前記回転可能に取り付けられた円筒形ケージは回転し続け、また流体および固形粒状洗剤は制御された方法で、前記の回転可能に取り付けられた円筒形ケージの孔を通して、第2室内に落下させられる、
(vii)新鮮な固形粒状洗剤を移動し、また使用済み固形粒状洗剤を分離手段に再循環するように、ポンプ手段を操作する、
(viii)前記新鮮な、および再循環された固形粒状洗剤を、制御された方法で前記回転可能に取り付けられた円筒形ケージに添加するように、制御手段を操作する、並びに
(ix)汚れた支持体の洗浄を実施するために、必要に応じて工程(vi)、(vii)および(viii)を継続する:
工程を含んでなる、請求項10〜13のいずれか1項に記載される方法。 - 少なくとも一つの更なる洗浄剤が使用され、
前記少なくとも一つの更なる洗浄剤が、任意選択で、水と前以て混合され、そして、再循環手段を介する孔あき側壁を含んでなる前記ドラム内への前記固形粒状洗剤と水の導入期間中に、分離手段により、孔あき側壁を含んでなる前記ドラムに添加され、
前記少なくとも一つの更なる洗浄剤が、任意選択で、洗浄成分および後処理成分を含んでなる洗剤組成物を含み、
前記洗浄成分が、任意選択で、界面活性剤、酵素および漂白剤から選択され、そして
前記後処理成分が、任意選択で、再沈殿防止添加剤、香料および光学的光沢剤の成分から選択される、請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載される方法。 - 固形粒状洗剤および少なくとも一つの更なる洗浄剤を含み、前記固形粒状洗剤が複数の非重合体粒子を含んでなる、洗浄組成物であって、前記粒子はそれぞれ、円筒形または球形の形状をもち、また、3.5〜12.0g/cm3の範囲の平均密度お
よび5〜275mm3の範囲の平均体積をもち、
前記非重合体粒子が任意選択でガラス、シリカ、石、木材、金属、またはセラミック物質の粒子を含み、前記金属が任意選択で亜鉛、チタン、クロム、マンガン、鉄、コバルト、ニッケル、銅、タングステン、アルミニウム、錫および鉛、並びにそれらの合金から選択され、前記セラミック物質が任意選択でアルミナ、ジルコニア、炭化タングステン、炭化ケイ素および窒化ケイ素から選択され、
